Never have I ever came to a restaurant & found a live bug crawling in my raspberries! Im beyond mortified due to the fact that I had already eaten multiple berries before seeing the bug & I have never seen this type of bug ? before! I was brushed off by management! I will not be coming back! This is unacceptable. The dismissive behavior by the restaurant management is unacceptable! Produce should to be rinsed especially when being served to the public!? The restaurant manager was unavailable. The hotel's aquatics manager (Kory) was sent to our table & was very polite & professional. He resolved my the issue by refunding $50 back to my card since I had prepaid for the breakfast/lunch package. This solution was made by Great Wolfe Lodge not the Loose Moose Cottage restaurant.

Breakfast buffet that was made fresh. You can watch the cooks making the food while you eat. Amazing fresh fruit and a good variety of different dishes. It is rather pricey. We had 2 adults and one kid (age 5) and the total was $52. That was with out tip.
It’s about as overpriced as you’d expect for a buffet in the Great Wolf Lodge. Service was mediocre and food was slightly less than mediocre.
Really didn't expect anything special for their breakfast buffet but it was awesome! There was a really good variety of food, bacon, sausage, eggs, spicy potatoes, and a really excellent selection of fruit, muffins, pancakes. It was just overall really good. And they had heated and cooled plates. I really appreciate a place that has hot plates for their hot food and cool plates for their chilled food. Nothing worse than a cold plate for hot food that chills your food before you ever get to the table. Service was good, our waitress checked back multiple times. Highly recommend!
We went to The Loose Moose Cottage for breakfast. I thought the service was pretty good and there were lots of choices for breakfast. If you go, you will leave full. You want to arrive early since the line can get long.
It was terrible. Chocked full on MSG and tons of sodium. The cheese was discolored on top for salad. Meat was not seasoned.
The breakfast Buffet was worth the money. lots to choose from & food was hot. the staff was friendly & helpful.
Spent $79 for two kid and two adult buffets. The price of the buffet wasn't posted anywhere so it's somewhat my fault for not investigating. The food was mediocre at best. Most food was lukewarm and seemed to have been sitting out for a while. Very bland and very overpriced.
Wouldn't touch this place with a 10 foot pole!!! Awful food for $22 a person!!!!
