I really enjoy this place. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because I have been told they don’t do customizing & there is no where on the app to report mishaps. It was an easy mistake and I could have easily called the store, but in this case, that would have been more of a hassle than just leaving feedback in the app because of the timing. Overall, I love the drinks and the staff at this location is generally helpful and friendly. The facility is clean and the service has always been fast.

No lychee milk tea but they got everything else.
Bubble tea is same as any other Kung fu location but had to wait extra 40 minutes from online order while people ahead of us got their drinks. When asked, our order had not been started without any explanation as to why.
I asked for a small and they give me a medium and i don’t like the boba tea trust me don’t go there
The bubble tea here is really good and you can tell them the sugar level that you prefer so its made to taste so you can still have it even if you dont have such a sweet tooth
Ordered four different teas. They made their own policy that they can’t do “no ice” on milk teas unlike other like other locations (cutting corners). And they use such a small amount of flavoring all four teas tasted like off milk, could barley tell green matcha from purple taro because both looked slightly off white (again cutting corners). Such a disappointment, just go to any other location in the cinci area. Best one at Kenwood mall, had a “no ice” matcha that looked dark green and full of flavor, they don’t skimp there!
That's how two (add-on) in a large size looks like! Don't trust the picture on the menu! What a good cost cutting strategy. Those two young ladys certainly wasn't trained to properly make milk tea. For laughter, this is a "two star" review just like my extra add-ons.
The Starbucks of bubble tea - not bad, fairly consistent, but not amazing tea. I usually get one of the classic teas with less/no sugar and nata jelly. Does the job when you have a bubble tea craving.
I had the worrest exoerience in the store today. I ordered wintermelon milk green tea. But i got wintermelon green tea. When i asked about it , the lady in the counter was very rude and she is not ready to make a drink. She is going to charge me the full price for another drink. I said i am not going to pay since i already paid. I left my drink at the counter and walked out. I felt i have donated $5 to Kung Fu Tea. Becareful everyone ...
