HORRIBLE!! Manager hung up on me after I called to request a refund. After over an 1.5 hours we had not received our order of 2 sandwiches! RUDE and definitely not freaky fast….total joke if that is how the manager behaves. I am now driving to the location to get a refund.
I had an issue with this location in that my food came an hour and a half or more when I ordered. The food came hot like it was in the cat for that time and the drink was watered down and warm. I called the location and it was like a joke that I had the issue I could heat the employees handing the phone to the manager and they said " here's a good one for you". The manager said he would void the transaction and that my card would be refunded. I called the corporate customer service number and was told the owner would call because there had not been a refund on my account. Today I called the GW of the location and explained the situation and was told there was nothing she could do and was hung up on. I tried to call back and ask who I needed to call to get this situation taken care of and whe a man picked up I asked for the GM that I just talked to and he said no and hung up. This is the most unprofessional location I have delt with I would like to speak to the owners so that I can get this resolved.
This Jimmy John's can be easy to miss. I always enjoy stopping in at this location - it's never busy outside of the lunch rush and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. Sandra is always a delight - tell her what you're in the mood for and she'll recommend a sandwich for you. I really enjoy the #11 or the new Zesty Garden Turkey Club - both as an Unwich. For those looking to eat healthily, get the Unwich cut in two and enjoy half today and the other half tomorrow to keep your sodium intake more reasonable.
I ordered food from this location at 12:30pm, it’s now 2:25pm and I do not have my food. It’s been “out for delivery” since 1:46pm. No one is answering the phone, costumer service said they will get back to me next week…ridiculous! At this point I just want back my money that was charged to my credit card and won’t be ordering from this location anymore.

Tried to order from this store now twice Both times - called me back as no driver for delivery. Terrible
I placed an order for delivery this evening and paid. Waited 1:45 minutes until I finally decided to call the store. The disrespectful man on the phone told me it was because the driver had to go home right after I placed my order(understandable) however no one cancelled the order or bothered to reach out to let me know. When I asked why no one had notified me he replied “because we’re making sandwiches” and let me know that I could still come get the food as it’s been sitting on the counter the whole time. He never bothered to apologize . 0/10 for customer service.
last time the delivery took an hour and a half. Currently writing this review after waiting 2 hours for a sandwich. Absolutely ridiculous. Will not be a returning customer. Delivery or take out
The new manager is doing everything that she can, but this place is the opposite of freaky fast. I call them an hour before I am hungry to make sure that I won't run into problems. Manager is trying but order at least an hour early. Good food ...slow process.
My sandwich was fast and fresh, could not of happened with out Joseph Palmer. Thanks again Joseph.
