Ordered a drive thru pick up order only to wait at the speaker for five minutes then drive up to the window where I waited another five minutes and had two employees walk by the window and look at me. Finally went inside and asked to speak to a manager and when I told him what happened he did nothing and let one of the employees who looked at me argue with me and told me it wasn’t his job to deal with the window. I will never order from this Jimmy John’s again after receiving such horrible customer service
15 minutes in the drive thru for a 16 & a cookie, all alone with an empty parking lot. Kid with long hair staring at me thru the window while he eats chips, very unprofessional. On top of not even being able to break a $50, they held on to my card for a good 10 minutes, weird, and I almost pulled away before checking the bag, they forgot to give me my cookie. When I asked for it the kid in drive thru gave me serious attitude. Easily the worst experience I’ve had at this location, which is sad because I enjoy the food from here.
Food was made freaky fast, they handed me the sandwich before the receipt even printed. The managers Michael and Jackson had amazing customer service and very respectful. They both lived up to the freaky fast motto of JJ inc.I do find it funny that one of their workers is always talking about the girls he likes and it seems to change every week, I hear them say he “folds”
Fast service, great price. The tuna, veggies and bread were all very fresh and the place was spotless.
First JJ I found with a drive thru. What a plus!!! Still went inside though. I love JJ subs..., the turkey and bacon is my go to. Yummy! But their options are plentiful, and sizes are impressive for the buck. Their salt and vinegar chips are super delicious and bitter. I hope they franchise to NNY to compete with the other 2 chains that aren't as impressive.
Absolute worst experience. Tried to give them another chance but I can’t even do that. My store credit can’t even be used at the store by where I live. I’m not coming back here so how am I supposed to use the store credit? I just want my money back.
Food and freaky fast service is always great and on point. I have no complaints at all. However, it would be nice if the “Carryout Parking Only” signs somehow incorporated a sign for curbside pickup as well or maybe add parking spots with “Curbside Pickup Parking Only.” It’s a very small parking lot to begin with and if all the parking spots by the building are taken, then customers have to park in the spots nearest the building facing Kings Island Drive so that way they are “near” and I am sure most customers hate to deter the employees “freaky fast” delivery to the customer’s vehicle. I also didn’t notice an option to go through drive-thru when choosing the pickup option, so that might be a good option to add to the app when ordering. Thanks for the great service!
A few times they have made my sandwich with bread that was not fresh. Maybe a day or two old. I called the manager and he was super appreciative of the feedback.
This used to be a good location to go to but every time I try to order, the online ordering is not available. I understand staffing issues, not a problem, but when we go to the store and there are 4 employees doing nothing/ no customers it doesn’t make sense why I can’t order on the app. Then they tell me I can’t get the buy one get one 50% off deal because it’s online only… yet I can’t order online…… this has happened three times in the last couple of weeks that we’ve tried to order. We used to order weekly, but you’ve lost our business.
Great tasting food as always. Wish there was a JJ in Wilmington area.
