I've been picking up my lunch here, no contact, for months and months. Never had an issue. Today the pick up rack has been moved. I located it, grabbed my lunch as normal and start to leave. At this point some teenage girl working the counter yells across the store at me "NEXT TIME LET US KNOW WHO YOU ARE PICKING UP FOR!" I don't know if the store has changed its policy or if this teenager just decided to start enforcing it but your store doesn't have to worry about it. There won't be a "NEXT TIME".
You are always treated immediately upon entering the staff is very friendly food always comes out correct and taste great
Staff is mostly young kids but were clearly trained well and it reflects because their service and speed is exceptional. If you order from this location they will have it ready for you on time. Every time
Sandwiches were fine. Restaurant was clean and tidy.
This place is always consistently excellent. Every single employee seems to truly enjoy their job. I bet the only thing better would be more pay. The restaurant is clean every visit and they have excellent Covid precautions. As a door dash driver and customer they always are quick to make the food. It is always ready by the time I show up.Corporate, I’m looking at you. They deserve it! You’ll definitely want to retain them.

Always greeted with an enthusiastic smile! They are friendly and polite! Today, I believe Brad, took care of us. He gave my wife, son and I, excellent service along with friendly conversation. Our sandwhiches were made efficiently and were absolutely delish!! Full of meat and veggies! Kudos to this location. Glad we don't live far from Jersey Mikes!

Coming to this location for years. Everyone does a great job there except when the owner is working and he is not as generous when making the sub. Your staff does a good job and they are the reason for any positive stars.
