Today is a Wednesday, 10:15 am,I walked in to a wait list, fine no problem. 45 minutes later I walked out and went to McAlisters across the street.When I left I counted the current tables at IHOP, they had 6 tables, but was unable to seat me a single eater, another couple and one other group of 2. Yet their were 30 empty tables. The correct Customer experience would be to seat the customers and at least give them a drink, then I’m sure I would have been pleased to wait. If this is what IHOP is all about these days, I may never go back. Next time I want Breakfast, I shall do Waffle House.
f your on vacation and your kids want IHOP, Do NOT go to this location. For whatever reason we walked in and were happy because it wasn't busy. But then came to realize not one person greeted us when we walked in. The servers saw us but just kept going on with whatever they were doing. One server cleaning tables, the other 3 had maybe 1 table each. There was a couple ahead of us that had been waiting for 10 minutes for someone to just come over. The manager , i guess, finally came to the desk after about 15 minutes and didnt apologize or greet us in any friendly manner. Just asked how many and started walking towards a table. She was awful and rude and lacked any human courtesy. Our server Joshua was amazing and really was attentive to us. God Bless him! But that manager was no where to be seen after we were sat. The location looked dead and looked like the employees lacked any sort of motivation to even be there. I will never go to this location ever again. Id rather go tot Bob Evans down the street.
One of the best iHops I have been to. There’s actually adequate staff that are also competent. The food was decent. I had no complaints. Would go again.
Good food. Good service. A bit short staffed though which was understandable.
When we got there, they were short-staffed and staff appeared disorganized. They said it would be 20 minutes and we only waited 5 minutes extra. It appeared more staff arrived and the place started to refocus. We had a party of 8. The server was awesome and he was very attentive and focused! Everything we ordered came out timely and delicious. I was amazed at the presentation as well. They have gf pancakes! It was impressive how well they handled the Sunday morning business. I would definitely recommend going there to eat! Great food and service.
Worst experience at a restaurant yet. We will not be returning. Eggs were swimming in oil, I ordered over medium well eggs and received over medium at best, the chicken was waaaay over fried, and the manager ignored me when I tried to get her attention. This is a breakfast place. Learn to cook eggs. On top of all that the bathrooms were a disaster.
i totally understand that restaurants are understaffed right now as i work in the food industry, however that doesn’t excuse the lack of customer service this place has. not a word was spoken to myself and the person who sat us down after we had waited for 15 minutes at the counter with no one there. then we waited another 15 minutes and no one came to take our order. we left after seeing that people around us hadn’t be served either and there was maybe around 3 other parties waiting at the front who had yet to be seated. really is a shame that this location has gone downhill due to covid.
Great quality of food when we do take out. Should update website to remove curbside pickup option because of staffing but still recommend
There were 2 servers and 4 tables in the entire restaurant and I still managed to wait over an hour for my food that was delivered cold. Sat even longer waiting for a refill. If I wanted 2 star service I'd go to a gas station for breakfast good lord. McDonald's has better customer service than this location. One star is being generous...
