If you don't LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Graeter's, then apparently you just haven't tried it yet. Rich, smooth, creamy, dense ice cream. Phenomenal. Had another awesome new flavor of the month tonight: Midnight Snack. It was spectacular!! Malted ice cream, mini brownie bites, mini peanut butter cup bites and chocolate covered pretzel pieces. Very well done, NOT so overloaded that it's like eating a candy bar all at once. Each bite becomes a unique flavor/texture in your mouth. Another hit out of the ballpark for Graeter's! I hope this flavor becomes a regular. Night owls unite for #MidnightSnack!!!!!
Every single person making/ serving ice cream wore blue latex type gloves. That’s great! But then they worked the cash register, touched money, rubbed their nose, wiped their face and never changed their gloves. Not one single person changed gloves as I watched at least 15 people being served. I would have talked to the manager but he was literally behind the same counter watching this happening and never once addressed the issue. I ended up throwing my banana split directly in the trash. Do not get ice cream here. It’s disgusting! ?
This ice cream has been said to be the best ice cream in the nation. The mouth watering flavors have kept people coming back for years and years. Only the highest quality ingredients are used in every scoop!
There must have been at least 10 kids behind the counter to dish out ice cream. Nice variety of flavors. Limited seating though. I'd go back!
Such a disappointment. Went to Greaters for the first time, heard they had dairy-free ice cream! The website even says the “Perfect Indulgence” is Dairy-Free, Gluten Free! It is in fact NOT DAIRY FREE! It contains a milk protein, Whey. Which is in fact Dairy!If you have allergies, this isn’t the place. Won’t be back! So disappointing!!!
Have tried 1. Double Chocolate Chips 2. Coconut Chips 3. Dark Chocolate Taste was awesome and mandatory place to try for ice cram.
Fantastic ice cream shop/bakery. They also sell some toys, t-shirts and hats. It was packed on a Wednesday evening in March. I can't imagine how busy they get in the summer. Every seat inside was taken. The ice cream was fantastic. This place is a gold mine.
The food was great but the guy that was running the bakery side was down right rude and he acted like we should be honored to have him wait on us. If I owned the place he would not be allowed to work around customers. 2-19-2022 8pm.

I love Graeter’s, but here they had a table that said 50% off on top with a bunch of Christmas mugs and candy. I picked a mug and went to check out. The person checking me out said it wasn’t on clearance and I was honestly going to get it any way because I liked it until she was extremely rude. I asked if any of the other mugs were on sale and she told me “nothing like that would ever be on sale” and it “clearly says select items” but there is literally no way to tell which items on the table are on sale. I asked what WAS on sale, apparently it was “just the candy and things people can’t return”. Why have a sign on top of a table that says 50% if like nothing on the table is on sale. At least mark which things are on sale! My mom mentioned that they might want to move the items that weren’t on sale to eliminate confusion and she said “well it clearly says select items so”. I will just go to another Grater’s next time because I really believe in kindness, I’m not sure why exactly she felt the need to be mean.
