Always good service here, very friendly and the food is what you would expect
There speaker was bad but they still took care of us. Their dinning room is still only open from 10 to 4 .

The place was kind of dirty and no toilet paper in the bathroom. Whole dining room was empty. I got a cheese Coney to go and it was cold. I threw it out after the first bite.

Was good only issue seems like.they have made the to go 4 ways & 5 ways alot smaller now Definitely not worth the price they charging but that's why I only go when bengals win so I get one free!
I've been to this location 3 times over the past few months. Each time they have messed up the order or forgot to give us items we paid for. Gold star as a whole is ok, after the first time corporate reached out and made it right. So other locations might be ok, but the Arbor Square Dr, Mason location staff is incompetent.
The young girl working there does an excellent job!
