Haven't been to Frischs in a long time. Asked for a chicken wrap at the drive up window Asked what was on it. Gave very specific instructions as to what to delete/add to my chicken wrap. The receipt was correct, but the wrap was not. Unfortunately, I did not inspect the wrap until I got home. Couldn’t it my wrap due to ingredient I couldn't eat...no dinner for me!
They were short handed, all of the servers called off but one. She was super nice and did they best she could. I must say the quality of the food made up for any shortcomings the server may of had due to the fact that there were probably 15+ tables she was doing at the same time. I got a club melt and onion rings. It was the best one I have ever had. It was grilled to perfection, the bacon was crisp, and the turkey was moist. I will definitely go back.
This should have been a good place to eat. off The highway near kings island. A nice looking restaurant. Decent service. BUT ..THE FOOD WAS NASTY. ordered breaded mushrooms decent.but the blue cheese dip was nasty ,runny the fish meal was slimy the mac and cheese was bland.my wife ordered a buddy boy and onion rings the sandwich was burnt. The onion rings were not the same as they have been for years.
It was great and Kelly was a very good waitress! She made sure I had the things on my food that I wanted and it was no problem! My food came to the table in about 10 mins or so and it was very good and hot. And they made sure that we got to sit in a booth like we wanted to, it was great!! They also have a very nice selection of food choices to choose from and I love their breakfast bar and salad bar.
Had a good experience at this location it's been awhile since I've sat in a restaurant and everything was great about the whole experience. Our server Casey was very prompt she was friendly and made it an enjoyable experience she was very professional. The food was hot and fresh and came out quick. Me and my family will be back for sure!
On a mini vacation with my 3 kids and hubby and we stopped here for breakfast. The food was so bland and no fresh at all. I got the big boy breakfast with eggs, 1 meat and hash browns and I could’ve cooked something better at home. The waitress was nice but other than that it was disappointing.
Just had the best big-boy meal ever at frischs on kings mill road. Jeremy was our server and he was very funny and nice. Everyone was welcoming and it was a great dinner. 100% will be back.
Picture four tired parents, two high strung 4 year olds and a newborn after spending two days at Great Wolf Lodge in Mason, Ohio. Just stopping to eat lunch before heading out of town. Kathleen was a Godsend to be our waitress! She interacted with the kids and even helped take off coats and get them situated! She had a wonderful personality and made sure we all had what we needed for a successful meal and to travel home from there! A toy was left behind at our table and she even followed us to the parking lot to make sure it was not left behind! It’s the little things that make all the difference and it was one of the best dining experiences we’ve had as parents! The food was also great as well! Thank you!
