GLUTEN ALLERGY OR CELIAC FOLKS BEWARE!!! If this rating was based only on Service - would get negative stars. After multiple under the breath comments about my order being Allergy - I asked the staff person if he was making fun of the allergy. He said “ yeah, I told him (person preparing burger) to change your gloves because she is watching you like a Hawk.” I proceeded to point out that I was watching to make sure my order was SAFE and I would not get sick. After that the he said “You can come back here and make it yourself.” Low and behold the person preparing the burger put the lettuce directly on the surface where the bun had been. I asked to start over and put foil down and change gloves. Begrudging they did it - but I shouldn’t have had to ask and they should have been respectful. Train your staff about cross contact!!! Single star because the burger was actually decent.
I have never had a bad burger here but, the fries are rarely hot and never crispy.
Went to get a cheese burger today and the employee was extremely rude. He rudely asked if I wanted any condiments and I said yes Hold on please. I then wanted a milkshake and he said rudely “ What flavor?” I ordered. While waiting for my food, they announced my number and I went up. He said “Are you number 10? And I said yes” he slammed down my bag of food. I said you didn’t have to be rude about it. The customer next to me saw how rude he was. I also didn’t see my milkshake so I waited and a lady employee came up. I told her I had a milkshake as well with my food and she goes “Ya I’m making it right now” not in a nice tone.I have never had a rude experience at a Five Guys and today it was horrible. They were not busy at all. I understand if you aren’t having a great day but do not put that anger/energy on to a customer.
Just got home from my bf & I getting getting to go order & my first bite in I had to spit out cuz someone left a piece of hair in my burger. I also ordered my burger with ketchup & mayo & there was no ketchup, fries had way to much salt on them. I have worked in fast food for more then half my life & for just opening the store for lunch a few minutes late & they had customers waiting outside & when we all were let in we heard some of the employees complaining about how many of us were waiting outside @ the start of their shift & they clearly weren’t ready like they should have been
Very slow, the burgers come with nothing on it and the cashier didn't ask me about toppings or fries, so I had to make the line again
Too expensive for what you get. They appear to do a lot of large-ish door-dash & similar takeout orders. Took me 45 minutes to get just a burger and fries. They should be telling people how far behind they are before taking the order.One group came in after me, had a large order and received their order in just a couple of minutes, while many people had been waiting for a while and waited long after.Not going back.
How dirty
Burgers are awesome, but hours say open til 10pm. Imagine my shock doors are locked at 9:03pm.Last time I was at this place it was dirty and they screwed up my order too. Whatever the problem is, fix it.

Very pricey for a burger place. Quality of food sucked for the price. Wasn't cooked completely. Manager putting his hands in trash bins to push it down with no gloves on. Then cashier came got trash bins with no gloves then walk right back to register to take orders. Won't be back
