Will not be returning. Restaurant was practically empty but had plenty of workers. Took almost two hours for meal and kept getting up to look for someone to wait on our table. Workers more interested in talking and joking with each other than waiting tables. Terrible service. Menus also now have little stickers on food items and menu prices are WAY up. Most expensive dinner we’ve had eating out. Now food is over priced and what used to be great service is now awful. Find a different restaurant.
We have been a frequent customer since this location opened. The quality of the food and drinks have completely changed. We have given the restaurant 3 more chances because it was one of our favorites and close to home but sadly we won't be back. I am sure at the rate they are going with increased prices and poor quality it won't be long before they close their doors.
We were very disappointed. Our order came out wrong (only received one kids meal instead of two, covered in sauce we’d asked them to leave off), and the food we did receive was very poor. I ordered the carne asada - the meat looked like chicken tenderloins, had virtually no flavor, and the tortillas that came out with it managed to be wet on one side and hard on the other. My husband ordered the street tacos and my children got the kid’s chicken enchilada and taco. The food took a very long time to come out and obviously sat a long time (though not under a heat lamp because it was barely warm), because half the taco shell was a sopping mess. It took nearly 10 minutes to get our credit card back, despite being one of six tables full in the restaurant. We will not return.
You can order anything on the menu and it would turn out great. One of the best Mexican places I have been too. Loved the ambience and service as well. Very reasonably priced.
Beautiful interior, great food. This was a nice treat driving up the 71 between Cincinnati and Columbus. Location was easy to find and close to an amusement park
Our experiences here have not been bad at all, but not great either. Food is decent and is a good value for the portions, drinks are great, and the booth seating is nice. However, the food and service here is just mediocre when compared to the other Mexican restaurants in the area. The place is good if you want affordable food with decent service. If you're looking for quality, you're better off going to one of the other Mexican restaurants.
Seated immediately, great fast service. Order taken quickly, food was brought out fast was hot and tasted amazing.
We have gone here since they opened and loved their food. The people who work there are friendly and we like them a lot. It is a very clean restaurant and has a very nice atmosphere. The problem is their food has changed . It is terrible. The last time we were in there, we couldn't even eat it. We did tell them about it but they didn't seem to care. We paid for it, left a tip and left never to return. Also their prices have increased but so has everyone else's.
Would you ever eat food that looks like that? I am pissed off! Never buy anything from this place again! Never!
I called yesterday to advise the staff that we had ~25 people from our soccer team coming in at 4:30. I understand that you have a "no reservation or call ahead" policy, but really...what's the harm in calling to ask that you maybe hold the back room open for us (you're not going to he busy at 4 on Sunday anyway, right?) The lady that answered the phone we just super SUPER rude and condescending and the manager would not even talk to me. The girl that answered my call said we'll just put you on a list when you get here if you all want to sit together. no thanks.I called another Mexican restaurant not too far away and they were thrilled to host us and had our table reserved when we got there. All 30 of us had a blast and a delicious meal.Seems like a bad business decision to me ERN. We won't be back.
