Follow me to see what I get up to next!After a long rough day I didn't feel like cooking. Decided to to El Rancho Grande for dinner. The salsa was perfect and the chips were warm. The facility is quite large and they were very busy on our Saturday night visit.We had Cheese Fajitas and some sort of burrito. I thoroughly enjoyed those fajitas. I ate about half there and got two lunches out of the leftovers -- that made the $20 price tag hurt a little less.They were out of fries ice cream so that was really disappointing.The service was hot and cold. He went from nice and attentive to vanished to rude.
This has been my favorite Mexican Restaurant in our areas for many years, my family eat here at least 2-3 times a month because we love the atmosphere, the salsa and chips, food, service and of course the Margaritas, we have never had a bad experience until last night and I was actually shocked by the experience.Everything was great except for the server. I’ve never seen her there before and she was rude to us the entire time we were there, for absolutely no reason.. Then, she was also rude at checkout, that’s when I decided I wasn’t giving her a tip, she acted like she didn’t want to be there, she never addressed us or greeted us, she took our drink order then slung it on the table, she was just RUDE. I’ve been a server before and yes I know they work for tips and I know it can be mentally and physically taxing, I get that, but, that doesn’t mean you treat your customer rude, nor am I going to tip someone for being rude to me. I paid the bill then we had walked out into the parking lot to leave, I heard someone saying ma’am, ma’am, I turned around and it was our server screaming I work for my tips and you didn’t tip me, I replied to her, if she were to be more kind and friendly she would have gotten a nice tip from us, she started speaking in Spanish so I just continued to my car. .I’m upset this happened and sad to say it will be my last time dining here.. She told me she was “the Manager” that’s even more r disturbing and disappointing.
We had an absolute blast for our aunts birthday get together. Accommodated all 17 of us and never missed a beat! What a great place and excellent service and food !!! Thank you!

This is my wife and I's favorite Mexican restaurant in the area. We normally receive excellent service, wonderful food, and terrific drinks! The place can get quite packed during nights/weekends; however, the staff still come around in a timely manner to take care of us. If you're looking for great service and quality Mexican food, this is the best restaurant that we know of in the area.
I asked one of the employees if I can could sit at the bar since it was just me. The cashier said “no la sientes ahorita que la cocina se va a tardar un chingo”. Remember, you never know who speak ESPAÑOL! Chinguen a su madre!
This is our go to Mexican restaurant. We are always greeted and seated promptly upon arrival. We have never met a grumpy staff person. They are all friendly and accommodating. Upon getting seated we are brought delicious chips and salsa which are free and unlimited. Margs are very good frozen and topped with variety of fresh fruit. They are also strong enough to make for a relaxing dinner and half price at happy hr. They have the usual tacos etc. but also a varied menu featuring beef,chicken and seafood. We always order something that includes shrimp. It is seasoned to perfection and never overcooked. Chicken dishes are also delicious choices. Tender and well seasoned chicken breasts are featured. We go to this restaurant several times a month and have NEVER been disappointed. Highly recommend.
Very good. Hardy servings so go hungry. Everything was Fresh and delicious. Nice atmosphere and very clean. Great service.
Drinks were good. Salsa was watery. Avoid the “tamal” it was all breading and only comes as chicken.
While traveling for work, I stayed at the Hotel across the street from this establishment. I went here with a bunch of coworkers and we had a wonderful time. Although drink service was a little slow, we understood as we know they were short on servers. The food came out extremely quick after ordering. The restrooms and overall establishment were clean. Id give it a 5 star but there wasnt really anything that made it "Special". Overall good place
