People who don't even work there will "help". I'm talking make food drinks etc. how is this sanitary or allowed when they have not been trained on how to do these things properly? I used to work in this area last year so would frequent this Dunkin and the workers were always nice, fast and polite. What happened?! They also will talk to each other instead of assisting you. Wow.

Service is great as is the coffee and food is good.
Consistently the slowest, worst tasting Dunkin coffee in the area. Take note from the Cincinnati Dayton location as they're much better.
Busy at 6 A.M. still fast service. Haven't used it, but the drive thru appears slow
Terrible! The “children” running this location are far from professional. A young lady (brown hair) and young man (red hair) spent the entire time I was in the shop yelling, making weird animals noises, talking very poorly of their manager in an inappropriate way. I had to wait a good min before either would stop playing and take my order. At one point while waiting on my drink, they were playing around to the point that I had to tell them to please focus on my drink order and not each other. The girl then slides my drink across the counter and doesn’t say a word. When I asked if it was my drink she said YEEEaah, and rolled her eyes. Who ever is in charge of this store, you need to remove the children and get better employees who don’t want you to “suck their dick”.

My drink was quite good I just wish the coffee was stronger.
Think I was first customer because girl inside was working online. Had large order and had to wait but told her to take her time, no rush. She brought the food out to me in less than 5 minutes AND it was all correct. Great employee, great customer service, great job!!!
