The location is nice, but the staff doesn’t seem to know what they are doing at any given time. I went through the drive thru and I asked for chocolate cake donuts and the employee said they didn’t have them..I order a different donut and she says we do have the one I wanted . I say give me that and then they return to we are out of them. Get your act together!
Dont go IN to order! 730am one person in line ahead of me 5 people working not ONE employee acknowledged us. Man walked out mad, I waited & had to ask for someone to help me order cup hot coffee took 5 more orders 5th order got his coffee I had to ask for mine!

Lady working the drive thru today is extremely rude and condescending. Not listening, added things we didn’t ask for. Just asked another employee who she is and apparently she’s the manager. Told us to hurry up in the drive thru and if we didn’t know what we wanted we needed to go to the lobby RUDE

I got a drink from here and turns out there was an actual dead fly in my cranberry refresher. Never coming to dunkin again and starbucks is definitely better

i placed an online order for this store i get my coffee and it’s not even full and i had to drive back thru again and the lady was super rude . not ordering here again .
