Zero stars if I could. I’m never coming here again this is the only dunkin that gets my orders wrong. Every dunkin I been to I’ve asked for Carmel craze or the birthday batter. And they seem to not know how to make it
Manager walked away from me when i asked if they had matcha and then said she doesn’t memorize the menu super unprofessional and rude. Then proceeded to make my drink wrong.
This place need adult supervisors. The store got a little busy and the kids working there were running around like their heads cut off. They panicked and got almost every order wrong.
Horrible service from two younger ten girls who completely destroyed a sweet tea..... Like how can u get a sweet tea wrong..... First they dump a half cup of raw Sugar in my cup and and it to me then I hand it back and the hand me a unsweetened tea and laughed in my face when I was complaining about my drink I will never ever go here EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!! Horrible horrible service
I honestly was VERY VERY disappointed & angry at this place this morning! A simple coffee turned into God knows what bc they can NOT seem to get a order right just from reading these reviews lol This was my one & ONLY time I will EVER EVER have been at this location!!!!!!! I will ALWAYS keep going to Sharonville DD ♡
Dunkin does a great job! During the pandemic, they have still been able to maintain normal business hours and impressive customer service. Their app is one of the most convenient to use and your order is typically ready when you pull up to the speaker. I am especially impressed with the young adults working at Dunkin and how mature and professional they are. These are the same "kids" that typically get stereotyped as part of a generation of laziness. Well, now they are the generation that keeps "America Running on Dunkin!" :-)

More often than not, no matter what I order, I just get hot, sweet milk. Zero coffee in my latte. Today was no exception. Ordered a PSL and a plain latte with an extra shot. Got two pumpkin spice hot milks.
This place is a joke. Every time I go there there is always a line of cars twenty cars long. They closed the dinning room because they claim they can't hire anyone. Never again will I go back here.
