Nice place, clean, fast, very kind....The TV was set for mystery Channel. Always love the pizza and offerings.
The only reason that I am giving them four stars instead of five they fail to turn on the open sign. I almost drove by until I decide to call to see if they were open and they were. As far as the customer service go from what others have stated my customer service experience was great we had a small little issue that resolved it with no problem and the food was okay I do like the famous thin edge to edge pepperoni that is always one of my favorites now granted I have had better service at other donatos but theirs was just fine.
I said light sauce on the pizza and it had tomato sauce glopped all over it. The others like their pizza. Mine was blech
Not impressed with the managers attitude. Everything I said she had a rude response and I get it, it's Easter and they maybe short staffed but that is no reason to be rude. On a good note the food was pretty good ?
So much tomato sauce we had to wipe it all of but still there was an abomination of tomato sauce. Barely any cheese and chicken, like they were trying to save money. But their dough was ok, I guess.
Another day another horrible customer experience. I called in a pick up order with two pizzas and a salad. I told my wife it was under my name as she was going to pick it up on the way home. So its wrong. I call them and told them my name Josh and they said my wife of 23 years said Bill... No she did not. These are the same people who want you to spend your hard earned money with them to support them.. But they have no problem with 100% fail. Because they are a Columbus OH company I am going to reach out to them tomorrow to see if they also don't really care about their customers or not. Just wondering when we are going to get customer service back? Do you know?
Terrible service. Thought ordering on-line with a pick up time. 15 minutes later still queuing to pick up my pizza. Completely disorganized. Every time I order here complete sh&t show. Go to Jets Pizza instead. Learned my lesson
Promised time was 6:27…it’s 6:50 and still no sign of food. They need to hire more help!
Pizza tasted amazing. It was hot and ready when I arrived. The lady at the register was quick and friendly.
Got Pizza and Wings for my family. I asked for the pizza well done for crispy pepperoni, it wasn't. The wings had been deep fried(perfect) but the sauce was paddled on top meaning some nuggets weren't even covered with the sauce requested. Not to mention all four of us were puking within 2 hours! Great for weight loss though.
