We had not eaten here in several years and if I had my choice a zero star option would be that..I ordered carry out online at 2:15pm Sunday June, 5th and had to choose the 2:45pm pick up as this was the earliest option…We did not arrive to the store until 2:50pm (they had 35 mins to complete our small order) Upon walking in there, we saw 3 young workers all sitting at a table 2 girls, 1 boy..Not another soul insight..They all immediately get up from the table…As we walked up to the counter one of the girl pulls our ticket out of the register…They had not even looked at our order and we had drove 15 mins to come pick it up only to find out that our 2 meat plates had not only even been started but that they did not have our ribs we ordered…Why was I not informed, again they had 35 mins to notify us by phone…I was going to cancel it completely but we had already invested, so I switched one of my meats to brisket and my husband switched his to chicken making the meats 2 double chicken and 2 double briskets…Once home, we realized they had forgotten my husbands fries, the brisket was nothing but fat (thrown out) and our chicken was very dry (I ate some of this) His baked beans weren’t even cooked and hard…Unfortunately this will be our last visit as we did not realize their quality of food and service had gotten this bad over the past few years ?
I ordered delivery yesterday. And which I never been before. Not totally impressed.I got 2 meat plate with brisket & ribs plus bout 2 extra ribs.The brisket wasn't sliced it was shredded. Ribs had no fat and was very dry.Which made them hard to eat. I'm sorry but wasn't impressed. Figured they would of been better than that. Was looking forward to a nice fatty juicy rib & nice slice of brisket but was shredded. But didn't get.
Not sure if it's COVID with this one, but the several times I wanted to eat here, their hours do not reflect what they actually work. I ordered with my husband and he got there AN HOUR BEFORE CLOSE and they already cleaned up and were only going to give us mac and cheese. I'm disappointed, disheartened, and lost trust because of this has happened more than just once. I wish their hours were updated on Google or on their door, or, I don't know, work until your shift ended instead of hiding the back on your phones when the restaurant is dead. Not really great service, will not come back no matter how desperate for food I am...lost business...
It was my first time eating here March 19th 2022. . I was truly disappointed. The ribs were not fall off the bone at all. They were dry and very well done. I ended up throwing them out. The pulled pork and brisket was good but NOOO on the ribs. I do not recommend and my service was just okay.

I'm only doing 2 stars because the girl on the phone was super polite and was trying to resolve the issue, and she doesn't deserve any hate.My receipt clearly showed all the things I ordered on my loaded potato. When I got it, only had the pork and nothing else that I paid for. I only got one sauce when I paid for three, no bacon, no green onions, none of my extras etc. was on my potato. I called and told them the issue, and she said she issued a refund but I have to wait a few days. I ordered it through DD so I couldn't just take it back, and I haven't eaten all day so I tried to eat some of it BUT NOW I REALIZE THE POTATO WASN'T EVEN COOKED ALL THE WAY!I'll update if I get the refund to go through, but kitchen staff just put that poor girl who answered the phones in the frontlines of dealing with this because they didn't follow any instructions much less cook the potato through. What is going on there? I'm not the only one who has dealt with things missing from orders or improperly cooked from the looks of reviews.
Its not bad, but how can you possibly justify charging that much for that little food. You need to let people know ahead of time how small your portions are. I feel robbed.
Got the Brisket sandwich with cheddar, smoked onions, and meat drippings to dip in. One of the best sandwiches I've ever had. First visit yesterday, going back Friday. Well done!!!!
Good food service was quick. It's set up like a subway you order move down to pick up your food. Self serve for drinks. Then pick a seat.
My first and my last with Dickey's - risks associated with a pre-paid pick-up order. I do not normally write reviews - only when food and/or service is excellent OR to add a piece of warning information. This is the latter. I ordered 4 pulled pork sandwiches with bbq sauces, pickles, and onions through Uber for a pickup - no problem here. Estimated 21 minutes before order pickup - it was delayed by 4 minutes (so, 25 minutes in total - not a big deal, but I showed up 6 minutes early and was the ONLY customer in-and-out of the store within a 10-min window). My order was wrapped up ready to go in their plastic bag. I arrived home. All four sandwiches had NOTHING but pulled pork - what happened to bbq sauce? pickles? onions? I should have read prior reviews - apparently, this is not the first time ordered items were not included. Each sandwich had big portions, but VERY VERY dry (in appearance and to the touch). Now, why my first and last? I observed their food preparation while waiting - about 6 minutes. A male employee was preparing the food while talking with a female employee (who had nothing to do since the store was empty and must not have had orders coming in). The entire time during their conversation, there was no social distancing. What's worse? The male employee was not wearing a mask and was practically spitting into the sandwiches (talking so much during food preparation). The female employee, who was also not wearing a mask, did not help by engaging in their dialogue even further - occasionally laughing loudly (i.e., more mouth germs emanating). Finally, a third female employee, who also did not wear a mask, walked in and joined in the conversation. The male employee went to the back (presumably finished with my order). The two female employees started chatting very actively. My app alerts me my order is ready for pickup. I picked up my order. So, not even a courtesy to ensure the order was complete - with bbq, pickles, and onions. Does anybody care to eat 100% pulled pork with nothing but buns? Oh yeah, did I mention potential COVID-19 germs? I ended up giving all 4 sandwiches to my dog without taking a bite (I'm sure she'll give them a 5-star!). If you don't mind employees not wearing a mask, talking over your ordered food, and not providing everything that was ordered, this is a perfect place - a one person's first-hand experience. Add this review into the mix of other reviews and make a decision for yourself.
