Ordered the pumpkin pie blizzard (we wait all year for it) and a pecan pie blizzard. The pumpkin pie blizzard was very melted, not mixed well ( just soft serve at the bottom), with no whipped topping or nutmeg. My husband asked for extra pumpkin purée and was upcharged for it (we expected that), but it was very skimpy. The pecan pie blizzard looked like cookies and cream with pecans in it. It is supposed to have brown sugar pie bits and caramel blended in it-nope-it did not. I expected more for just over $9 (for a small and a mini). This makes the third DQ we have been to over the years, trying to find blizzards the way they are advertised. We’ll be crossing this one off the list. Last year was great, I don’t know what happened. The other two we avoid are the one on Montgomery Road by Harper’s Point Kroger and the one on Cooper by Slatts-both serve, half-melted measly blizzards. Two of the best DQ’s we have been to are in Batesville, IN and Olive Hill, KY.
My family of 15 entered the DQ looking forward to a delicious dinner and found out the dinning room was closed. Who knows why? For Rona? Terrible. We left and went across the street to Wendy’s and spent $140 and had fun in the open and clean dining room!
Outrageous, my party of 15 came here to eat tonight and they are still pretending to have the dining room closed...(convenient that the prices are the same).There are no covid restrictions in this county or state whatsoever, shameless move by lazy employees who do not want to clean the tables.Do not give them your business or this will never end.My party went to the Wendy's across the street. There is a Chipotle right next door with indoor dining open as well.We ate at Perkins the night before, and Outback the night before that, all open. Unbelievably low-class, and science denying behavior from this franchisee.
My large family was super excited to get some dinner and blizzard after a long day at the park!!! Was super bummed at the terrible service! I love Dairy Queen and it has been staple for my family since I was a small boy!! Hopefully this store can pull it together for a future visit and not sell out the brand so poorly!
I went with daughter , so great fast service! Love it . Nice people. Always smile . My daughter love it . We ll enjoyed!!
This location is the worst. They don’t listen to your order and they painfully butcher their cheese dogs. The manager could not even take a simple order and was unable to understand that I wanted a combo and not just a hot dog. This was one of the worst food experiences of my life.
