Very clean. Food was fast and fresh. Taste was spot on.
This one was a disappointing experience. We waited for our food in drive thru. It was delivered with a smile. My plain chocolate shake had chunks of something similar to a strawberry cheesecake in it. The coring looked off but it was drive thru so we proceeded. After my first two chunks, I assumed that they had forgotten to clean out the mixer before making my shake, which I know he knew was chocolate. However, it was half chocolate shake and half chunks of that strawberry cheesecake. I do not like strawberry and it was so obvious, they had to have known or just not cared before making the concoction. I could not finish it. The rest of my food was average, but ending on that bad note left a bad taste in my mouth, both figuratively and literally. I will not be frequenting this location any time soon. Please take care with the items you are making. If it is too complicated, consider a different profession.
The staff seems cheerful and helpful Clean including the bathrooms Having been in Culver’s only once previously we made the mistake of ordering without further specifics about what we expected The butterburgers and mushroom Swiss butterburgers came plain- no lettuce,no pickles,no onions or sauce Major boring disappointing burgers Ice cream and custards quite good
I had the mushroom and Swiss and when it arrived I was underwhelmed. When I tasted it, I realized you should not judge a burger by its bun’s appearance as I loved the flavors and it was hot! So darn good and my 9 year old agreed. She did say that her kids bacon cheeseburger was better.My husband got their vegetarian burger and said it was good but he prefers the impossible burger. The fries were hot and good. His coffee was horrible. We were there around 2 so it was likely a pot that sat too long. Anyway, we had to stop at Starbucks as he couldn’t take another cup of Culver’s coffee.I grew up in Wisconsin and when i was a kid my dad ran for senate… at the fair we ran a cheese curd stand to promote him and my love of curds began. When I realized there was a Culver’s in the area I was thrilled because of the cheese curds. Today they came barely warm… which was very disappointing.. i didn’t really mark off any star for this because I didn’t give them a chance to fix it and likely they would have just replaced them . I was full and didn’t want to have that interaction.
We came here 4/23/22. 5pm. Yes we had a larger group. They messed the order up completely. We ordered twice. One for our meals and one for our shakes/ice cream. This place had very poor staff, very poor service and the food was not the greatest. Dried chicken and burgers. Ice cream was melted prior to us even getting it. The staff that walked it to us walked away when we were asking if he could tell us what they were since we couldn't tell. WE WONT BE BACK! None of us were rude.
Always a good place to stop in and eat when I'm south of the Dayton mall! Food is always on par, good service and clean atmosphere. Can't ask for much more! I only wish there was one closer to Dayton...lol!
They need to change the name to Booger Burger instead of Butter Burger. The unkempt food delivery boy was bringing food to cars and digging in his nose. He is so slow and so unhealthy for the restaurant business. We will go to Freddy’s from now on. Culver’s is going absolutely down hill with service and food product. Sasha the shift manager refunded my money with no problems of course. So sad this establishment is what it is now.
I'm really disappointed with this Culver's ? seems like each time we come either the fries have been cooked in old oil and taste bad or thr burgers are so soggy they fall apart. Plus side the staff is typically friendly and the restaurant is always clean but it could use some food standard improvements
I'm always satisfied with this place...The food has flavor, I order curbside and my order is brought to me. Got to love that!
First time to dine inside Culvers in Mason. It was very clean inside and the food was delicious! Very kind and professional servers! We'll definately go back! Love their chili!
