went on a Friday evening, line was almost out the door. food prep area was dirty, pans stacked everywhere. Dining area also very dirty. Food was just okay. Would not return.
I just wanted to say- today was a crazy day for me. I decided I needed to eat since I hadn't eaten at all. I KNEW yall were closing at 10 but cringing to myself walked through the door at 9:35... feeling so bad. your team here.. they handled a VERY LAST minute rush beautifully. and they communicated what was being cooked, and what they were out of, because, understandably so- it's the end of the day. they were kind and smiling and being troopers. i just thought this should be mentioned. I know what's it's like being worked hard and long and just wanting to get it done. if they were tired, or frustrated--- they hid it so well. and were respectful to each guest. (there were at least 15)... thank you guys for being so sweet.
I’ve been coming to this chipotle for at least 3 times per week for the last 2 years and every single time I go, the service is great.I want to point out one employee in particular, Deron. He’s by far my favorite employee because he’s always joked with me and made great conversation. No shade to the other employees but my boy Deron deserves a raise.I highly recommend chatting with everyone here they’re all great.
No chicken in my bowl! My mom and I went tonight and I didn’t get chicken in my chicken bowl! Very disappointed with the service it’s all in my stomach now but I didn’t get my chicken. Still tasted good.
Felt nauseous after eating there for 2 days and couldn’t eat, They don’t care about your food and wrap your burrito like folding paper, also very gross, whole osha health code violation, I recommend everyone to not eat here
I have ordered for a veg bowl cus I'm a vegetarian and they served me with chicken in it saying it's vegetarian.When I asked them there is no response and the staff went inside and never came back or did anything about it.I'm never eating here or in any Chipotle.
Incapable after two chances of getting order correct.First they had a wrong item in my pickup bag. One wasn’t even the right name or item. When I told them they said they’d remake it. I had to wait 15 minutes for them to make new rice (understandable). I asked them to remake both since the other one would be cold by then. They said they were. Not only did they not remake both because one was completely cold, but the one they made was wrong again in every way. Wrong protein, wrong toppings.No way those workers weren’t on drugs. No human being with a normal brain could be so far off from making what’s on the label without being illiterate or high.FYI the cashier was friendly but she couldn’t save this place alone. It was FUBAR’d
This Chipotle is not good. Got take out and our food was terrible. The meat was dry. My wife had a hair in her food. The only good thing was the service and the chips. I would not recommend this place.
So I visited this location and ordered a quesadilla. On the left is what I was expecting. On the right is what I received. Super disappointed. I don’t think I’ll be visiting this location again.
