We ate here for lunch and had a bad experience. The employees went really fast getting the food. Most places go too slow, but instead of going just fast enough they were going a little too fast. I had bought a bowl with beef barbacoa for takeout, and when I had started eating it, I noticed something hard in my mouth. When I spit it out there was a shiny piece of metal cooked onto the beef barbacoa. I would not recommend this restaurant for anyone no matter how hungry you are.
I would have given a 5 if the person making the burrito wasn’t rude and giving me dirty looks. Look, I appreciate you trying to be quick, but if you aren’t giving me what I want because you are trying to rush … I’m still going to ask for what I want. Also, your dirty looks and attitude won’t back down from asking what I want and still being polite. If you cannot give the customer what they want while you are trying to be quick … then maybe you should slow down.Otherwise, delicious as always.
Customer service was terrible. They didn’t make eye contact, they didn’t hardly even talk to you, and they were just all around rude.Food was delicious though :)
they threw my recite at me. they were very rude. they ignored my friend so i had to go up there and make them make her food. they threw my friends receipt and change at her. just overall horrible customer service.
Better quality than my local Newark, OH Chipotle but like everything else, it seems to be getting more expensive. Chipotle is still Chipotle though... not a go to for me, but a craving every once in a while when I want generic Mexican food.
Food ice cold. Made sloppy with missing items. This is by far the worst Chipotle in Mason, possibly Cincinnati area. Not the first time having issues with this place. Never go here! The one in South Mason is way better. They actually care how they treat their customers!

Don't order take out here. You will wait much longer than if you just arrive and go through the line/check out. I have ordered take out a few times and saw people come in after me and check out much sooner. Consistently waiting 10-15 minutes past the estimated pickup time on the app. I guess the take out is usually busier than the line in the evenings. Food has been good so no issues there.
Chips were for online orders only ? They have 30 bags sitting there. I came in and ordered - but they wouldn’t let me buy chips. Oh - and out of straws ?Great idea managers.
The slowest chipotle I've ever been to. Ordered my food for pickup which was promised to be done by 7:10pm. I didn't get my food until 7:54. Most people who were waiting were the ones waiting for mobile pickup orders and they all waited a very long time as well. It wasn't a crazy dinner rush where you would have understood the wait time either. They were just extremely slow and this wasn't the first time this has happened at this location either.
