Guy at the counter was paying so much attention to some buddies that came in so that it took five minutes for two families to order because he kept having to have orders repeated (he just wasn't paying attention while people ordered). Went up for a refill after we ate. Stood there for about 3-4 minutes while they took care of door dash and stood and talked among themselves.
Worst about being very conniving when helping with a mobile order especially when it’s through an app. They have been shorting us on fries (mostly burnt) for 2 months. Chicken is fatty and greasy.Idk what’s going on there, but I find myself lacking giving them any more attention. What happened to “my pleasure” haven’t heard that in a minute. Esxpensive and wayyyyy over rated.
My norm, my favorite, is the regular chicken sandwich meal with cheese. I always add mayo and get extra pickles ?. My diet started Monday so I went in with a strong mind and ordered a Market salad with Apple Cider Vinaigrette (told them no blue cheese ?) The salad was so good. I never had a salad with walnuts, apples, strawberries and blueberries in it before. I’m proud of myself and that salad lol.

Carry out order. In and out in less than 10 min. Friendly service. Great food. Just a quick chicken strip combo. No complaints!
have been to this location several times and no problems. however this time, not only did we sit the whole time without receiving our frozen coffee, because it was never delivered, and when we asked for the drink we ordered, we were told we were interrupting a conversation. The service at chick-fil-a is supposed to be better than other providers - however, today me and my boyfriend did not experience that.
This is the worst of all CFA locations in Cincy. I drive all over all day for work. I go to CFA because of dietary restrictions, but this is the only location that consistently messes up my order. I constantly get reg nuggets when I order grilled, I get pickles when I say no pickles, etc. I let it go the first 3 or 4 times, but now it has become absurd. I can’t leave the drive they without checking my order…which they HATE because they are constantly trying to rush ya through. Not to mention the staff is the least friendly of any location. Occasionally you get a young girl that’s friendly, but most are not and we had one moment where they were making fun of us and we caught them. Management needs to step it up
Great food, great service and some of the most friendly people I've ever seen in my life. They are all about the customer first experience. Btw the best lemonade ever ...try it with icecream...yes, icecream !!!
Everytime I eat here it's terrible. The fries are soggy and I drive over across the street so I know it's not how long they sit in the bag. There's always hard pieces in my chicken which is a huge turn off from this location. Sometimes they forget my sauces. You should look elsewhere.
Chick-fil-A is always loved by my family. Hot chicken sandwiches and delicious waffle fries. Your experience in coming here will vary based on the time. You come in at prime lunch time, you can expect to wait. Even with a really efficient drive through they just have so many customers it will take a while which is completely understandable. Sometimes getting in and out is a bit of a hassle with the traffic pattern but you’ll eventually make it out with some tasty chicken.
