Chicken Fast Food Chicken Shop

Been going to this store for several years and the food has been good and consistent. However the last few times noticed the chicken on sandwich gradually getting smaller. This time a quarter of the chicken is missing. Tried calling the store to let them know but nobody picked up. Will be checking the sandwich before leaving store next time.

The line to order isn't long and moves quickly. There's 3 cashiers and I'm not sure if they're all like this but the girl who took care of me rushed me through the order and walked away halfway through verifying my order. I understand how busy it is on opening day but it's ridiculous how long you wait to receive your food. I've never had this type of service in any other location.

This is the best cfa ever! Workers are so fun and good looking. Everyone works so hard. Service was excellent!

Great chicken sandwiches

We waited in line 50 minutes for our food. If we hadn’t been in a corral in the drive through we would have left. They lost our order and quickly shoved it out the window. Sandwiches were small and burned. Frosted coffees were half full and we were given no straws. Worst experience ever at a chick-fila. No one inside was moving quickly though cars were lined up into the street. Unbelievable.

Slowest chic Fil a in the world. Stood in line an hour an a half and took another 30 minutes to get our food. And they only have 3 things on the menu. Chicken nuggets, fries & chicken sandwiches

Omg chicken minis and hash towns are to die for uhhhh makes me hungry just thinking about it i want it right now but they only serve at breakfast ? so if you serve during normal hours then I'll give 5 stars

Worst chick filet experience EVER. For any restaurant this was a terrible terrible experience. This is a theme park order and go restaurant in the middle of snoopy land where the restaurant caters to children. This was a Monday at 230pm. The line was not short but was not long either. It took an HOUR, that's not an exaggeration to order and get food. The other members of our party went two 2 restaurants AND ate before I placed the order. Then rode the diamond back before the food was delivered and my daughter and I, that's right only 2 ppls worth of food, ate. It was 90 degrees, no awning on the building but worst of all, the 3 kids, yep 2 front of house and 1 back of house worker, that I saw, had NO drive or appreciation for time. I watched them, for an hour, drag there feet, wipe their faces with the hands they then put my fries in the bag with and tiptoe thru working like they had no care in the world. These are chick filet employees not KI. They wear thr the chick filet uniform. As someone who works as a manager in the food industry I was appalled by this experience. It is a tough time and resturant workers are slim but having this experience both as chick filet and KI does neither of your businesses any favors. Very disappointing in a restaurant and theme park that I've always loved.
