We dined here during our Honeymoon Trip and our server, Eduardo, was an absolute delight! He was professional- making sure that we were aware of the Happy Hour Specials and menu choices (I have specials dietary requirements). He was also very attentive, even though he had other tables- it seemed as though he was able to balance his time well between us. He also has a great personality, which is a definite plus in a server!I chose the Chicken Trio, and one of mine appeared undercooked. Eduardo offered to replace the entire plate, which I sincerely appreciated! But I was satisfied with the one chicken item being recooked. At the end of the meal, he even boxed our leftovers for us (a service I thought was now lost!)!AND the "icing on the cake"- or shall I say tiramisu- is that we were treated to a complimentary dessert since we were on our Honeymoon! Nice touch Carrabba's!!! We do not have one in our area in Indiana (we would have a 2hr drive at least)- but this experience may make us reconsider and make the trip for the yummy food, ESPECIALLY if all of their servers are as attentive and amazing as Eduardo!
Used their website to get on the wait list before arriving. Not too busy on arrival , seated right away. Staff was nice and professional. Menu of what seemed like high end Italian dishes. Not too much to choose from, everything averaged 20$. I chose something simple and chicken parm. Definitely not worth 20. The rest of my famil liked their meal. Service was fine, just way overpriced food. Solid 3 star in my opinion.
My mom and I came in last night on a very busy Friday night. We did call ahead seating online and were sat very shortly after arrival. The host was kind and personable (don’t know her name, but she had sandy colored long hair in a back ponytail.) Meghan O was our server and waited on us very promptly and was super friendly. She got our drinks to us quickly and made sure they were refilled the whole time. This was very impressive because being in the industry and seeing how slammed they were I know she must have been busy, but she didn’t let it show at all!!! We got our appetizer and our salads, and then our entrees all within a very decent time. Meghan was super sweet and kind the entire time and our whole experience was awesome and well worth the money. The manager, Ashley, stopped by and we even had Bengals chat! She stopped by twice to make sure everything was efficient and she was hilarious and very nice. Overall it was a great experience and we will be coming back and hoping to sit in Meghan’s section!
I went here several years ago and I thought I remembered the food was good. I went back last week and it was awful. I ordered lobster ravioli and it tasted like it had been in the freezer for a couple of months and just reheated in the microwave. The soup didn’t have any flavor. Everything just tasted old and microwaved. I don’t think I would ever go back.
Delicious food, and great service!
pretty good food pretty good place cast the best server there
Their veal marsala was made to perfection! All of our meals were excellent. The service was fast, friendly, and very courteous. This restaurant was one of the best in the chain. Much like the original in Houston. Highly recommended.
Great food and exceptional bartender!!
Spending $200 for dinner for 5, the portions were small and tasted like they used cheap canned tomato base. Veal small but tough. Cheese had strange qualities. Go local even if you have to wait, versus this soul less chain.
Fabulous service, absolutely delectable dinner selections, and dessert was great too!
