Never post bad reviews or bash a restaurant our server was Joseph the worst server I ever had , ordered the ultimate nacho found hairs in the food and I didn't even take bite before seeing it,. Who ever was on south west tonight needs a hat . The only good thing out of this visit was the other server who took the nachos after i told her their was hair. Paid almost 70 dollars and left hungry and Joseph ripped the survey off the receipt . He needs training won't be back
The staff is friendly and absolutely wonderful. They are accommodating and check in with you the perfect amount.The drink menu is expansive and it is very easy to find the perfect beverage to fit your meal.My absolute favorite side I the fried pickles which always makes me feel so much better when I am having a bad day.
Went yesterday to this location at around 2:45. Was meeting my son and his family. Pulled in parking lot and was suprised how few cars were there. My husband and I went in to get a table outside. The hostess looked as though she rather be anywhere else and had zero personality. I get it the night before was Saturday so maybe a long night. We went to the patio and as we walked through the restaurant I couldn’t get over how dirty it was. There might of been one or two clean tables. Floor, chairs all just so not very pleasing looking. Even the bench up front was full of crumbs and grease All tables outside dirty. My son called and they misunderstood and were at Buffalo wings and Rings by kings island. I told him wait there we will come over as this place is dirty and no where to even sit. I understand places are short of help but goodness this was ridiculous. Totally different experience at the other place. I hope things get better for you maybe we will try again at football season.
We recently went there for a small gathering of family, had great time and felt pleasant with ambience.Tried their cauliflower wings for the first time and liked it, also added to my list to order everytime we go there.
First off, we like this place. As a bar that plays loud pop music over sports, it’s got a decent value. But obviously that’s not why we come here.The fact that they NEVER play sports audio (unless it’s a Bengals game) is wearing on us. We come most Mondays for $3 pints (AMAZING value) and enjoy it as a whole… however, ironically, do NOT go here for sports. The fact that they’re the “Official Bar of March Madness” is crazy and is a title that should be revoked.Actually, any thoughts of going here to watch and experience sports outside Bengals games should be eliminated. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IN MASON.We’ve asked many, many, many times to play audio for sports that are on TV and are constantly declined. Even if I wanted to hear the audio of the local high school chess competition, which I don’t, THAT should be prioritized over pop music.I get that they have a bar to run… but the fact that they don’t play sports audio outside of Bengals games is wild. And during opening week of MARCH MADNESS!?!? That’s real madness…It’s a good “regular” bar with TVs that plays pop music over sports audio, but it ceases to be a sports bar when we can’t hear sports. I continue to wrestle with the idea that you would install 100 TVs just to never play sports audio during most sporting events.4 star bar - 0 star sports bar - 2 stars it is.I write this review in hopes that they fix this (because asking them numerous times in person hasn’t yielded anything) and I can raise the review to what they deserve.Love ya Mason BDubs… but fix this!
You call these wings. What a terrible experience, very disappointed for the money I spend on this.If I wanted chicken nuggets I would have went to McDonald’s. About a year ago this location started going downhill and I really hope they get things back to the old days, fun experience good food and good portion sizes. This is unacceptable
Buffalo Wild Wings has been a favorite restaurant of mine for more than 15 years.. and across multiple states. The Mason location has always been a great experience dining in..however, ordering carryout is another story. Missing food & appetizers on multiple occasions...no chili in my chili con queso tonight.. very disappointed in the service received... step it up guys!
Good service delicious food.During busy times you will experience a long wait. Advise you visit during non busy hours.
We just left this location at 9:30 with both of our kids crying from hunger. (I wish I was exaggerating). We sat down at 7:30. Our waitress quit and left at 8:30. We, got up and had to search for the manager to ask if our food was coming. She said the kitchen has lost the order and she would put it in for us if we waited for another 30 minutes.This was after we asked to talk to the manager 3 times just to find out what was going on and she avoided us for 90 minutes. We will never eat at this location again. I don't care what drama is going on in the kitchen or with the wait staff if the manager doesn't care to talk to the customers then why would anyone else care about the guests.
Wings were ok but when you walk up to the to-go counter and the hostess has to get the attention of the girl on her phone in front of you, then we got some mild problems. Not worth going back. I feel over the years all B-Dubs have been going down quality wise but when that's all ya got...ya know.
