Went to this location with my daughter at 2:00 pm on Sat. June 4th. Restaurant had a few tables of customers and I observed 7 restaurant staff talking to each other. The hostess was talking with some customers and left us standing for 15 minutes. Other staff just stared while we awkwardly waited to be seated. Finally the hostess left her conversation but still did not seat us as she walked past to the register to ring out a customer.After she finished she did show us to a table. The restaurant was still slow with just a few customers. I did observe another staff member in the kitchen as we were seated which brought the total number of staff to 8. This was equal to the number of customers in the restaurant. We waited at the table for another 15 minutes and nobody came to wait on us. Finally we decided to leave after wasting 30 minutes. As we walked past all the restaurant staff and the hostess, nobody said anything. Worst service I’ve ever received in any restaurant. Will never return.

Awful. The food was poor but the customer service was the most disturbing. After arriving home with our order, we realized part of our order was missing. When I called to let them know (and I was not angry or curt in tone!) there was no apology. The server just stated,"oh, you can come get it." I said that is not an option right now for us. I askedif they could deliver the missing meal or refund my credit card. They server huffed and said I don't know. I sat on hold for 5 minutes and then they hung up on me. I called again. Asked for a manager. He was less than thrilled when he got on the line even before knowing why I was calling.After explaining we didn't receive part of our order and asked for a refund or the meal to be delivered. He refunded it. No apology. No attempt to retain us as a customer in the future. Nothing. He seemed annoyed and did the absolute minimum. What has happened to customer sevice in this country and pride in your work. Just awful. Awful!

I really can’t even give this location a one star! We were there at 7:15 pm on a Friday and they are supposed to be open until 8:00pm. They stop serving at 7:30. We walked in at 7:15 and there was only one other customer in the restaurant. After the 3 waitresses stood behind the counter whispering one waitress told us she would be right back because she had to go to the bathroom another waitress told us it would be a 10 -15 minute wait which would have made it 7:30 ! Very, very poor customer service.

Came in my order wasn't ready, I was sitting by the delivery rack, the host asked me what I was waiting on I said a carryout, waited 15 minutes another woman asked her what I was waiting on, the other host said a carry out order, in that time 2 people came in and placed carry out orders, and got them before me, after 30 minutes I when up and politely said to the woman behind the counter who made I contact with me and smiled when I did, that I had patiently waiting 30 minutes could I have an eta on my order, who then had the nerve to say nobody told her I was waiting for one, even tho I was waiting right next to the delivery rack, which she never brought the order too, so I ask is that not discrimination, because I'm not white, and the store wasn't busy?

Love the atmosphere, good food and caring, friendly service. I'll be back.

As with any business these days this Bob Evans location was short staffed but you really couldn't tell. Great Friendly staff. The food was delicious and served in an expected time frame.

We visit this location normally every single Sunday! Usually great service from the crew today however was the worst service and server ever! She was rude rude rude.. she messed up the whole order nothing brought to the table was even close to right and when I spoke up about it they began to defend the server and tell me how she’s been there for years!! Well listen Mr Bob evans servers like that lady Pam are the reasons ur restaurant is going under! You have lost a very loyal customer and patron!!

Our order was missing french toast, and two drinks. The eggs were under cooked and everything was overly greasy.
