Delicious and fresh! Our first time in and definitely not our last. The associate behind the line explained how to build a bowl (its like Chipotle, but better) and carefully guided us through each step. At the register we were invited to look at the many different, delightful beverage options. Overall the meal was clean, filling, and energizing - how food should be. The decor is bright and relaxing simultaneously. The staff is helpful and attentive to their store. Can't wait for our next meal!
June 26 2022First time here and choose the sweet & spicy chicken bowl. The price was reasonable, and definitely a good amount of food. One bowl is enough for two people to share. I will be back.
This was a nice place to dine in, clean and plenty of room. The line to order food moved fast and the options were easy to follow as a newcomer. The service was friendly and attentive. The food tasted good and came in generous portions. I will definitely visit again.
I had a bowl with sweet potato noodles, broccoli, chicken, cabbage, and a few other veggies. While everything tasted great, the noodles were a surprise - I was expecting something like spiralized sweet potatoes but it was noodles made from a sweet potato starch base. They were tasty, but did not sit well. The store was clean, no wait, and friendly service. I’ll probably try again and go with rice or salad base.
Food was good. Miso soup not so good. It tasted like water. I told one of the staff members about it and she kindly got us fresh miso soup and it still tasted like water. I don't think they put enough miso...i hope it was just one day thing.
I love healthy fast food. This is the best. Today we had fresh vegetables, beans, organic tofu and a light zesty dressing. We both feel lighter and healthier AND satisfied. I tried the seed crisp thinking it was a super healthy cracker. But it's more like a healthy cookie.... It's got sugar in it. I will go back, ABSOLUTELY. But wish it was a bit quieter (softer music and less kitchen noise), and this location needed to clean their floors. But I'll return soon. The food is good for me, and it tastes great. Good prices. Love their salads but hate how the dressing is no longer available by the drinks. Its a pain to go get little containers and waste of plastic. Put the pumps back out front.
Ordered 5 bowls and every order was wrong. Had a bowl with black beans, corn, cheese, egg, extra spicy chicken, potato, and purple rice come back with just potato, spicy chicken, and rice. It's almost comical how much is wrong with the order, and it says right on the receipt what I should've gotten. Too lazy to take it back so I'm just going to leave this one star, I'm guessing the workers are new hires so you should avoid this place for a while until the quality of the staff improves.
One of my favorite places to get good food that is good for you. Tha staff needs to work more with their interaction with customers. It always seems rush even when they are not busy. I have enjoyed the food each time I have been there.
Didn't care for this Asian take on Chipotle-style menu, service and pricing. Nothing went wrong, just not for me. All of the cold toppings added to the warmed base meant everything was room temperature by time I got to my table. Seemed expensive for the food/experience. By contrast, I AM a fan of Chipotle.
