The food was absolutely fabulous however my debit card was declined for whatever reason even though I had plenty of money and my bank. I even called my bank to see if it was a issue on there and being the fact that I was traveling and out of town from my normal location. My bank said that no it was something to do on Arby's end but instead of Arby's trying to swipe my debit card instead of using the chip reader the cashier made me feel as if I were being judged like I had no money and I was trying to pass off and overdraw my account of some sort.
Food is pricey, went through drive thru, had to pull up and wait longer for fresh food, wasn't busy and didn't seem like dining room was open
THIS LOCATION HAS THE BEST FOOD OF ANY ARBY'S AROUND! FOOD WAS HOT AND FRESH! DRIVE THRU IS MANAGED EXTREMELY WELL. IF YOU LOVE THEIR BEEF AND CHEDDAR AS MUCH AS I DO, THEY HAVE THE BEST!!!
A little slow during the pandemic but the order came out correct and the workers were friendly.
Really bad service, food was old and the order was wrong. Fries had a half container full, not going back to this location. Rude and cut me off everytime I tried to talk to interject an excuse for everything. They offered to replace but I declined, just simply will not go back. Waisted time and money that I work hard for, and in these tough times, its a must that I dont waist either.
I'm not going to say that the food was fast, because it wasn't. It took more than 15 minutes. That said the food was good, they got the order right, their prices are fine, and it's right by the freeway. All in all a fine stop.
Service was quick. Requested cherry turnovers & got apple which we found out after we got home.
I bit into my sandwhich and there was a "use by" label in the middle of my sandwich. Won't be back.
My sandwich looked like the picture, the bread was soft. The meat was situated perfectly on the bun, everything was perfect.
Food was good but took forever to order and get our food like 20 min........
