Very rude was called a jackass when I tried to tell them they gave me the wrong drinks was asked to pull forward not once but twice while I was trying to explain they gave me the wrong stuff... watch them throw a wrapper in a drink and not pour the drink out and remake they physically removed the wrapper... then refilled what came out and put a lid on it.... Honestly I would eat there at your own risk...
If I could give zero stars I would. This trip was an absolute joke! I placed a mobile order and when i got in the drive through I sat there for at least 15 minutes before I even made it to where you order. Once I got to the window, it didn't take too long but when she gave me the bag I asked to confirm that everything was in there and she said yes. I checked the order and found 4 items were missing. So I went back and went into the store thinking it would be quicker. I stood there for maybe 10 minutes before some even acknowledged I was there. I even made direct eye contact with a cook and he said nothing. Once I was finally acknowledged they acted like it was a joke and acted like they didn't know what to do. Finally the manager got there and she was able to get my missing items. The whole time I was standing there waiting they were making jokes and using foul language in front of customers. By the time I got home my food was cold and soggy.
Apparently they can't run doordash the last hour even though doordash send orders to this location they don't run the order or do anything to help resolve the problem. Seems they are willing to make money off doordash but customer service for the effort is zero!!
Disappointing to say the least. They always say they don't have anything (meats). How are you going to make tacos without meat? Always trying to close early and not serve people. I would defiantly not recommend anyone go to this Taco Bell locations.
We visited in the mid-afternoon on Christmas Eve. All of the employees were very courteous, patient, and cheerful. Definitely one of the better Taco Bell experiences we have had.
Quick, accurate service, with good food.
Order was right, gang was friendly, food came out quickly.
If I could rate a 0 stars I would. The store is not clean. The employees are rude. I seen one pick his nose went to make food without washing his hands. The other guy employee put his hands down his pants and didn't change gloves or washed his hands. Talk about being nasty restaurant
Food is always good, restaurant cleanliness is often a challenge in the Taco Bell Chain. The stereotype holds true here.
Worker at window was rude. Not wearing mask. Didn't ask if I wanted any sauce. Food was thrown together but it tasted fine. The lady who took my order was very kind and pleasant to speak with.
