This taco bell doesn't have a schedule. One day it's open at 8am and then another day it's open at 8:30 or 8:45.The menu has one price and when you pull up to the window it's a higher price. And then they have the courage to give customers attitude when asked about the price difference.
Unfortunately, more than half of the order was wrong. Ordered ? Steak quesadillas & got chicken!! With like 4 bites chicken ?. In the whole quesadilla. Order two of the dorito hard tacos. It was probably an inch or less fill with mostly lettuce. I tried to get a new order. They don't have my name or anything written down. So it was basically just a waste of $26.
Almost always good food. I guess just depends on which location you visit. This particular Taco Bell is always on top of things.
A big shout out about Desiree today at the main street location in marion ohio, she saved the day for me, I forgot to make taco meat, tomatoes and onions for our luncheon at work and she went above and beyond and accommodated me in my need. Perfect customer service! Thank you and God bless!
If i could give less than 1 star i would!! Person taking money and handing out orders had nothing but attitude. Food was cold, and stuck to wrappers. Very disappointed and will not be giving them business again
At 4pm Dec 29th I came to this location and all the food was hot and made perfectly. The staff here are doing a great job and I only come to this one now.
If I could give it zero stars I would. The General Manager and other Manager that works there are just simply rude. They was laughing at me when I went to sit down so guessing they was talking about me. The General Manager every time I go here acts like she's is so miserable a smile wouldn't hurt. You work in hospitality the way you treat your customers is important. I had a recipe for a order to be replaced I must of called wrong store she said but only replaced ont of my burritos ? that wasessed up. Though I had a recipe. WOW I'll never recommend this Taco Bell. Wouldn't recommend this one go to the Taco Bell on Delaware Ave. There all really nice ?.
This Taco Bell serves the same food as the rest, but the customer service has always set them apart from the every other fast food chain around. The drive through operators are friendly and personable, so much so that you look forward to seeing them at the window! Even when there's a new friendly face, they still treat you like they know and love you. I love this branch; it's my all-time favorite fast food stop.

Not sure how this one is still open. Someone needs to find out why this one can't get food in. The other branches never seem to have any issues. One star given because I had to. Not because they deserve it.
