The 1st strike was that you have to place your own order to go inside. 2nd strike is listening to the cook whine about how he wants to go home wants to go home with his man bun on his head. 3rd strike is when the cook talks about how they never get rid of the beans when I ordered chili's chili spaghetti. In worst of all they can't even make a shake. I think the health inspector should come really inspect this place because it's disgusting.
I had never been to a steak and shake like this and I didn't find it appealing. There was no wait staff (maybe because too many are not willing to work anymore ?) so orders have to be punched in by the customer at a kiosk and paid for there as well. After ordering, you wait for your number to be screamed out that's on your ticket. Too much like fast food anymore. The food was decent enough.
Restaurant was dirty beyond anything I have ever seen. We had to wipe off our table before we sat down, it was still sticky. The bathroom was disgusting and there were no paper towels in the bathroom. Dirty toilet paper all over the floor of the bathroom floor. The dining room floor was also tacky. This place should be shut down!
First time ever eating at Steak N Shake.. food was good, fries with cheese amazing! And shakes... ?!
Great food if you get what ya ask for. Milk shakes are great!!! Asked for 2 double cheese burgers and they both were singles. Do not using the computers to order.
Food good but didn't know until we got inside the only ordering option was through their kiosk. For the older gang this means there is nobody to take your order at the cash register. No idea how drive through ordering works...
Where do I even start... This place right here should be located on every different state map that says how far your state is from This steak an shake.So you can know! Where GOOD FOOD IS LOCATED.Them milkshakes stay on point... (You push the cherry down to the bottom with straw so the juice mix's in.. then eat that cherry when it's all gone)(Yeahhhh you knowwww)
Prices are getting high.. Cost $35 for 3 people with shakes.. Self serve everything.. Food came out in timely manner
Not the personal experience I liked over a year ago. No waiters or servers per say everything ordered on a computer and was given a number. Not the steak and shake restaurant I enjoy. Other than that Food was Ok.
Stopped here on a snowy day for lunch and used the drive thru. Fast friendly service but the food was just OK. The burgers were small and rather bland. Not many fries in the order and they were way too salty. The shake was very good. Prices weren't bad. Better options nearby.
