I went inside Starbucks since I do not like using the drive through. The staff were quick to serve me but I had to wait 10 minutes, yes 10 actual minutes for a double espresso. I watched as a line of cars that had not ordered yet went through getting their orders while I just stood there waiting patiently. It frustrates me that all the focus is on the drive through and not on the customer's in the store as this is very common but this is the longest I ever waited after giving my order. Not sure if I will return since there are plenty of coffee shops to choose from without being ignored.
Workers are very kind and patient, what seemed to be the general manager sat around the dining room on her phone while every employee on the floor took care of a rush. The audacity some of these people have just because they have a little bit of power in a starbucks in a small town…
Great customer service, the ladies always go out of their way to be nice, give compliments, handle my complicated orders, and one time I was crying and they comped my order. I appreciate nice people and great customer service!
Staff definitely helped me find a low fat, low sugar, frappacino and it was delicious. The turkey bacon, egg white breakfast sandwich was awesome!!
I asked for hot green tea, instead I recwived a milky green tea semu warm with foam. My Husband's coffee was alright but not a full cup.
Stopped in there today; great service and the Chia Tea Latte with Pistachio topping was phenomenal! Great service Jordan!
Baristas didn't really interact with us and we waited for a while on 2 drinks but it's Starbucks so I approve
Staff was great! Got me in and out, in no time.
Came through and the staff was so nice. Not from the area and had a long drive home so I stopped for coffee. Our drinks were just what we needed to make it home. Hats off to tonight's team.
My order was put in wrong, and when I pulled up they had made made a white mocha rather than a cafe mocha. They quickly remade my drink correctly and even gave me the other drink for free. Great service.
