We were going to get back on the road (US23) when we decided a good Starbucks sounded great in this cold Saturday afternoon. 1. Very long drive through which can be the case at any Starbucks. Not holding this against them. 2. Parked and went it. Barristas not really on the ball. 3. The coffee was not hot and our flavors were non existent. Just cool coffee with cream in it. We were already back on the road so we just drank it. Ugh. 4. A very poor Starbucks to say the least. Should have gone to McD’d where the coffee is always hot!

The service was friendly and drinksMade quickly, but when I got my first, pictured below with the label and asked foe a “splash of cream”, there was so much cream i couldn’t even taste the coffee. I rarely ask for a remake but I did because it was so bad. The picture without the label is the remake. I didn’t have time to ask them to do it a third time. Splash of cream doesn’t mean 1/2 the cup. Perhaps this is a training issue but I was disappointed to have spent $6 on a cup of cream and not coffee. What a waste of money.

Did not make it correctly. The older woman working looks like she was on drugs and nodding out. She could not keep her head up or eyes open. And my Frappuccino was disgusting . Thankfully the Starbucks on 95 replaced it for me
As always an excellent place.
The coffee is absolutely delicious, the only reason this review isn't at 5 stars is because of the fact that they barely ever have the option to order coffee online anymore and they also don't have some of the ingredients we like a lot. Great coffee, just disappointed in the fact that they don't have all the ingredients we love like oatmilk and online ordering is an option.
