Great Food very quick service
Multiple horrible experiences.1. Ordered two shakes at a stall. Waited 10 or so minutes, no shakes or communication on whereabouts of the shakes. Pushed red button. They asked for our order. We explained the situation. They were confused. Waited another 10 minutes, still no shakes or communication on the whereabouts of shakes. Pushed red button again. Someone stated they were on their way out. 10 more minutes passed, and she came out with our shakes and was not going to collect payment until my husband spoke up. She said, "oh yeah, I guess I'll take that" We waited ANOTHER 10 min for her to process payment and return our card. 40 minutes to get 2 shakes. Wow, just Wow.2. Gave Sonic another shot last night. This time, we ordered through the app. It stated we needed to be there at 857pm to pick up our order. My husband showed up about 9p. He waited twenty more minutes and eventually had to go tap on the window to get someone's attention. Our food still wasn't ready. He waited another 15 minutes and received our food... it was cold. He got home and we unpacked the bag, and our daughter's grilled cheese wasn't even in the bag. Furious, he called and was told they are short staffed and busy and things like that happen. When asked for a number for management or corporate, he was told they didn't have access to it. THEN, after we ate the food, we both felt sick to our stomachs and have been feeling sick all day.If I could give zero stars, I would. Do not go here. You're risking your health and sanity if you do.
They know they was dead wrong for selling me the 2 blasts I ordered knowing their machine was down, instead gave me a liquid ice cream blast and the guy says “they are a little runny so I put extra butterfinger in them” their was literally maybe a half table Spoon of butterfinger. They should have just told me the machine was down, super disappointed with them today!
If I could give a negative point or negative star I would. I understand that all fast food they can be sometimes you know just because of the rush a little dirty but this particular location parking lot was filthy and when looking inside through drive-thru window interior building look extremely filthy wasn't clean at all. The food itself I got a double cheeseburger with bacon the burger was burnt bacon was burnt the lettuce was old. The wait was too long for this location in my opinion. I highly do not recommend anyone go to this establishment until management raise the bar in cleanliness from parking lot to staff.
We waited in the drive thru line for almost 30 minutes. Only two cars were ahead of us. Tried to order a shake but they said it was “watery” and that we couldn’t get one. Person working was nice, he seemed to be the only person working in the entire place.
Extremely rude kids working here and service was slow. I was here at 6pm on Saturday February 26, 2022. These kids need fired that was absolutely ridiculous. Watch the video and if it has audio listen to how your employees are speaking to customers. I have always had a pleasant experience at every sonic I have ever been at. This sonic I will never return to.
They are okay. We had a long wait time to get 2 drinks. Then when we got our drinks, my wife's Dr Pepper was flat. Instead of changing the Dr Pepper out, they offered her a different drink. You can't go in to get your food or to complain. Employees only. Not friendly at all. What gives with the awful concrete road. We may or may not go back. If we do, then we would only do drive through and taste our drinks before driving off.
Well, I normally love sonics. But, the customer service sucks, my coney dog was cold. The hot dog was cold as well. The food quality is decreasing in this place slowly.
Original order was $24.45. Carhop takes a while to get out there, no big deal, tells me it's $35 something. No, I ordered xyz not all this. He goes back in, several minutes later comes back out with bags, drops one on the ground, hands it to me and tries to charge $29 something. Tip is dwindling dude... Takes my $25.50 and goes BACK in for the rest of my order. Okay, whatever, we try to eat and it's cold and just gross. Ended up eating elsewhere. Just wish I could've gotten my money back.
Didnt ring up items as a meal, so it was more expensive than it should have been. It took 15 minutes to get the food. Ordered the supersonic double bacon cheeseburger and when it came out it only had 1 patty and no lettuce and tomato. Mozzarella sticks were cold. Milkshake was good. They really need more training.
