Don't understand the negative reviews at all! We stopped in yesterday (6/6/22) around 1:30 afternoon. We was passing through and seen quite a few cars in the lot and thought that was a good sign. Best decision we've made in a while! The place was very clean, the food was on point, our bartender (I belive her name was Mckenzie) was awesome, took care of us, but wasn't bothersome. Our burgers was perfect, fries was good. The only reason for the 4 star review is our appetizer (hand breaded mushrooms) was most definitely frozen and not hand breaded and came out literally 2 minutes before our burgers. My only piece of advice to the owners/managers is don't try to sell something for more than it is. You have great burgers and fries and according to the shirts your staff was wearing killer wings as well. Stick with advertising that, and don't brag up the frozen appetizers to be something they are not.We plan on taking a day trip on the bike to come visit again and try some wings and other food on your menu.
Read reviews before that said it was terrible, but i’ve had friends who worked here and thought i’d give it a try anyways. Big mistake, the food was disgusting. The servers were awesome tho and really understanding and helpful when the baby we were babysitting and brought out with us dumped water everywhere. Wings were overpriced for what you got. Burger was soggy, and the pretzel wasn’t cooked all the way.
Not great for our first experience. Both my husband and I ordered burgers and asked for "no pink". Food didn't take too long to be brought out, but we found both of our burgers were basically raw inside. They had been cut almost completely in half, as though the cook had tried to check to see that they were done, but then only left them on the grill long enough to cook the outside. After waiting for quite some time for our server to check on us, I expressed concern over how poorly our food was cooked. I ended up asking for a different burger from the menu. Our server mentioned that she had just received a similar complaint from another table and apologized. She took our plates and agreed to take both burgers off our check. Not too long after that, she brought my new burger and waited to ensure it was cooked through. She did not have a plate for my husband and I assumed she was going back to the kitchen to get it. After quite some time, I had to flag down another server and ask her to let ours know we needed her. After quite some time again, our server came out to help another table and was surprised when I flagged her down. She was confused when we asked if they were going to remake my husband's food, but agreed to have it remade. At this point I was already finished eating. Although our first plates and my new plate took very little time to be brought out, my husband's plate then took a significantly longer amount of time, to the point where we had to have it put in a carryout container. We are very disappointed in our experience and are unsure if we will return. We visited at 6pm on 5/26
Almost $12 for a hamburger. I took my dad to lunch and spent $50 for an appetizer (shared) Burger and salad and chicken chunks, drinks. $25 per person for lunch is not a good deal right now. Food was just ok.
I love Ralphie's and have since it opened here in Marion. I have great memories of good times and great food with my friends. The wait staff is always excellent. The food is the best. The chicken chunk bowls are the bomb! Big chunks of white meat chicken covered with whatever sauce you want and other great add ons. Such as cheese, jalapeños, peppers, onion, and other flavors to add to your chicken enjoyment. For the price the atmosphere and the food are right on the $$. Enjoy!
Wings weren’t cooked through, had pink and slime throughout every single piece. Burger was ok, but asked for “no pink” since there were only 2 options pink or no pink. Burger came out pink anyways. Waitress was Grace she was nice but when I informed her of my wings and even showed her how disgusting they were all we got was “sorry.” I over tipped her anyways as I always tip good, but will never be back.
Stopped in the other day on our way to Rural King for the first time since we don’t get out to Marion much. Wings smelled bad so I didn’t eat them so I just ate my fries since I wasn’t that hungry to begin with. My wife had a veggie burger and thought it smelled funny but ate it anyway. Worst decision she’s ever made. She was up all night sick as a dog. I woke up that next morning and found a pillow and a blanket on the floor in the bathroom. I slept all night and she never once woke me up. I hate making reviews like this, but someone needs to either fire that cook or have a thorough food inspection. You guys are going to put someone in the hospital or worse serving food like this.
I made my first and last visit to the Marion Ohio location in April ‘22. I thought $10 for onion rings was a bit high but I decided to splurge. They literally dripped with grease. I told the manager who blamed it on the beer batter. Bull$hi+. The cheesesteak was gristle and dry. Overall, it was a waste of money and who can handle that in this economy!!
Wouldn't give this place one star. Got a tall draft beer, glass smelled disgusting and beer tasted off. Got fried pickles, really overcooked and a couple didn't contain pickles. Got the chicken chunks with mild garlic. They were dry and gross with no flavor. Absolutely a waste of time and money. Place wasn't busy at all and waitress was inattentive. Will NOT be coming back.
We had a large group of adults and children on a Sunday early afternoon. The food was good and the service was great!
