It would be a 4 star review for the food, if I could GET any of the food. Last 2 times through the drive through (early evening) I was told "we're closed" at the speaker.Edit: 2 more visits. Both times I got friendly service, and delicious food. Monsterella sticks are the best cheese sticks in town, and fry seasoned chicken tenders are super delicious.
I always get the fries only, the fries was amazing but the man who waited on me seemed like he was not a people person or was having a bad and was rude. But the food was so fresh and good I will go back again. I know times are tough so I hope he's having a better day
What can I say lol if you want some damn good food this is the place to grab it at. You'll never experience a bad time at this place.
3 people from our family have now gotten sick from eating at this rallys. Everyone of us had rallys the day before being sick. They aren't doing something right here, possibly holding foods at wrong Temps or cross contamination, not sure what it is. Food shouldn't cause you to be violently throwing up. And it's no coincidence it's happened to 3 of us by now. Rallys used to be good food, no problems until now. Our cashier was crystal and she was nice and pleasant. Will not eat here again til the issue is fixed

My husband and I visited today, we had great customer service and the food was great! The lady that took our order was extremely kind and patient with us.
The food is always as cold as the drinks. The fries are so old and chewy. And they never want to amswer the phone to hear your complaints. I will not be going back. Just NASTY spent $30 on food the is old and taste like it's been in the fridge for a few hours
It was the late evening, I visited Rally's in Marion to buy couple sandwiches and a shake. Before I entered the drive through, I was told the system is rebooting and might take 5 min before I can order. I said, thanks for letting me know but I ordered anyways saying I will wait for system reboot and not in rush.After passing 5 min the lady opened the window and gave me the order without any charge. saying, it is taking more time than she promised and the food is for free. I was surprised and wanted to pay but didn't accept. I loved the food and their great gesture. Thank you Rally's.

Food was good no mess ups and only 2 people were working awesome job to the 2 people who were working
