They've generally been spot on except for one time , and the management credited me the amount I had spent so it was enough to keep my business. I'm actually the type of customer that if you do well I will return many times , but if the food or service is lacking I will take my business elsewhere and these folks have earned my trust.
Pizza seemed a little off from our last delivery. Almost like it sat for a little too long before getting here. The driver was nice and food was still decent.
Asked for no contact delivery. Had someone demand I sign lol. Then, the pizza had to finish cooking in my oven. Do I get half off for doing half the job? Crazy. I don't like floppy pizza thar tast like dough.
I ordered a large meat lovers pizza with onion on the thin and crispy crust. There was no sauce on the pizza. I can provide pictures.
We placed an online order at 5pm to pick up our pizza at 6pm. My husband went through their drive through and they said they had no order under our name. He came home and called them back with the confirmation number that was sent to my email (which was on my phone, not his). It took two more times of talking to different people and finally found our order. By then it was after 6:30 and they refused to make it and change it to delivery even after they asked for our address. Charge card was credited.
Gotta say they were packed with people inside picking up their order & the drive thru lined up clear to the street but the gal who waited on me was so polite & nice! Even tho someone in the drive thru was being a jerk to a newer employee she kept her composer. I heard a customer in front of me call her Ashley, so thanks Pizza Hut for great employees & service!
The slices of my pizza were incredibly uneven some where disproportionately larger than others which were far too small. It was lazy and rushed. The flavor was great like always but the cutting if it was very careless.
You done an amazing job. I have already talked with some friends letting them know how good the food was.
