This store really depends on who you get working on the night you order. The food is typical fast food Papa John's and fairly consistent. The service is usually pretty decent and this is about the only pizza place open late anymore. That combined with the fact that it's fairly inexpensive makes it our late night pizza stop when we have the craving. Otherwise, there are other pizza places which are more worthwhile.
It's papa John's you know? I didn't really expect a whole whole lot you know? But I have to give credit where it is due: my call was promptly answered, the food arrived quickly hot and fresh, and my pepperoni stuffed crust pizza was delicious and a very good value for the money. The stuffed crust is like an extra order of bread sticks! I'll order again as this food exceeded my expectations.
If you are looking for good pizza from here you will be disappointed..Thay raised prices and lowered the toppings and care that go into making a good pie.. Dont think even Shaq can help them now. Papa Johns coming to a freezer section near you.

Forgot to make my order. After a 30 min waite I had to wait another 25 minutes.
They said 45 to 50 minutes got there and then she said less than 3 mins but i had to wait about 10 to 15 mins. People working with no gloves no mask place was crowed no one with mask and no stand 6 feet apart so all together bad experience.
Called in to order, person taking the order treated my wife like she was an inconvenience to him. She asked simple questions to which he had snide remarks, she asked for a total he said I have to take the next order and hung up. Never had an issue before but yikes, customer service work is a tidious job you gotta slow down
I do like Papa John's but this one that pizza is greasy had two pieces threw the rest away
Have been waiting two hours for pizza! Order got cancelled by them because the address got messed up and didn’t even know it was canceled, the tracker stated it was being baked and everything. I finally got it ordered again after 15 minutes on hold it would be 30 minutes. It’s been another hour and I have been on hold again for 10 minutes. Papa johns is my favorite but I have never experienced such an awful experience anywhere. I completely understand people are short staffed but this is insane.
