Not really sure what is going on. Never had an issue before. The last visit I got the ice cream first then waited for food and when I said something about it melting she just said yeah, it's ice cream. Seemed weird to give it out and then wait for the food.This last time I asked for mini cones and he gave me what would have been larges upside down in bowls. He said it was his mistake.I appreciate the extra ice cream, but I have people that can't eat like that. I'm giving them 4 today because it has been rough the last couple visits, but every visit before has been amazing!
Mega moo has always had great ice cream and friendly staff
My wife and I are kicking ourselves for not discovering this place sooner. We love their ice cream and indulge in it at least weekly. We especially love the variety of Flurries. The food is great too and the staff is always friendly. We really like the drive-thru. We probably even prefer this over Jerzee and Fred’s, especially because they’re open beyond the summer months.

This place is awesome has the best slushy ice cream and decent food always real attentive

A summer staple if you live in Fairpark. To be frank, I'm guilty of going year round but that's a me problem not them.
Mega Moo has become a weekly tradition with my grandchildren. With few options for kids in Marion, a trip to the colorful Mega Moo is our outing.They get kids cones upside down in a cup with eyes; and get a ring pop or other candy before we leave.There are a couple of tables, enough shade to sit awhile.It's locally owned and a beacon of hope in a struggling neighborhood. I grew up riding my bike to that store, and it's probably been a hundred things in my life time. I wish it had been Mega Moo when I was a kid.It's my only go-to for ice cream.Five stars plus for a local business!
One of the best places in Marion to get ice cream and their nachos are to die for!
