Zero quality control for anything that comes out of the kitchen around mid-day. 10:1 meat always comes out dry, cold, and ancient. Buns for any sandwich shredded to hell ingredients served next to the sandwich inside the paper that they refuse to wrap properly. Covering an entire outside of a cheeseburger in ketchup and customer service through drive thru window is non-existent. Been like this the last 7 times my crew needs to pick up lunch and I will not be coming back.
Win a free pull-apart donut, get an apple fritter. And they forgot my mcdouble to boot. The last several times I've been there has had something forgotten, too. I'm pretty sure it's a 90% rate of something getting messed up?Good job, guys. /sarcasm
I love McDonalds here! Great service! They sometimes forget my ranch or ketchup so if your coming here check your bag before you leave if your in drive thru. But otherwise it's great!
Slow service, less than personable employees, food quality sub par, even for McDinalds. Sandwich smashed and made incorrectly, bun was burned
My milkshake was melted and I ask for them to make a new one i was told no it was like water andthe whipped cream was completely melted as well to the point looked like milk and their solution was to just add whipped cream LMAO that didn't work so i ended up just getting a refund and i had to pull tooth and nail for that
Dining room is nasty, manager walked past wife multiple time when trying ask for ketchup packets since they don't have the dining room stocked with anything. Worst of the worst service
I don't know why I bother. I ordered a Filet-O-Fish meal with Sprite to drink and I added an apple pie. I paid at the first window and made my way to the second window to get my food. The girl working that window handed me a bag and told me to have a good evening. I verified that what I got was a Filet-O-Fish meal and an apple pie. She affirmed this. Now in case you don't know, a "meal" comes with a drink. Of course you know this - everyone does. Well, everyone except the girl who handed me my food. I told her my meal comes with a Sprite. She gave me a Sprite and I was on my way. I got home, and saw they had put the box the sandwich was in at the bottom of the bag and the apple pie next to it, also on the bottom of the bag. This took up all the room on the bottom of the bag. This meant the fries could not be placed in the bag standing up. So, they layed them down which, as you might have guessed, made the fries come out of the fry box and they scattered all over the bag. Also missing were napkins. Not a single one in the bag.
Only ordered 10pc nugget and drink this time. Nuggets were fresh and tasty. Diet Coke was as expected. The dine in area was clean and orderly.
Biscuits and gravy are good but they don't put hardly any gravy on the meal.
Sometimes they get the orders wrong. Immature employees. But, it's McDonald's, so you know how the food is. But it's not usually fast
