Wow!! What a bad decision I made to decide to go to McDonald's at midnight. I didn't realize that curbside pickup wasn't available at midnight. So, I had to pickup my order from the drive thru. I waited in line 50 minutes to get my order. I couldn't believe how slow things were moving. I ended up almost suicidal after the wait in line for just a McChicken and a large fry. And the large fry was far from being full. Don't waste your time going late at night.
Would give a zero star review if I could. Really bad customer service, lady was rude, don't go early in the morning if you don't want to get told off for no reason.
The early morning crew there did fantastic today! I don’t normally get breakfast here until way later but whoever did it early this morning was BANGIN’! I’ve never received a “perfect” order at any McDonald’s before but today everything was cooked right, hot, and the order was accurate even for my iced coffee. I’ve never had a sausage burrito there that’s been actually hot. Super pleased today!
An older woman named Michelle was at your restaurant and asked me for a night to stay. She refuses to leave my residence. If she's related to any of your employees I be want them investigated!!! she had us buy food for her. and she ran 12 loads of laundry thru my washer an dryer and flooded my basement to the point of my whole 4apartment building isn't getting heat!!I can't leave my house cuz when I did she broke in!! and now Im scared of her!!! I haven't eaten since leaving McDonald's....
My exsperence just now with the mcdonalds on main st.in marion ohio was very rude.first they handed me the wrong order i told them and the blonde hair girl with glasses that had no hat on SNATCHED THE BAG OUT OF MY HANDS SO HARD UT RIPPED THE BAG.IT WAS HEIR MISTAKE ANSD SHE HANDLED IT VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
In my opinion this is the best McDonald's to go to in Marion food wise and their employees are always nice too.
I just went to this McDonald’s on a Thursday at 1:30 in the afternoon. There were three cars in the drive-through and no customers inside. Not once did a single one of the six or seven employees even notice or acknowledge that I was standing there. After about five minutes of standing at the counter I ended up leaving without spending a single dime there.The only reason you got any stars at all is because you can’t give zero stars.
It was great I had got service quick food was hot no problems love McDonald's
Food was slopped together and my cheese wasn't even melted we never received a receipt so we couldn't even get a replacement for the meals we bought and we bought 6 Big Macs and 2 Large Sweet Teas and Large Coke
Every sandwich was dried out and cold the buns were burnt and hard, hash browns were cold. This is Unacceptable for 07:00 in the morning. The young man at the window was not friendly and kinda standoffish. If I could give them no stars I would.
