In the last year, we came through the drive thru twice when we didn't have much time, thinking they would still have hot and ready pizzas. Alas they did not, even though their motto and sign says so. Today we thought we would try it again, but order 2 hours ahead online. When I arrived at the specified, they were not ready, and there were 4 people in the lobby in the situation I was. 20 minutes after my specified time, we received the pizzas. Never again will I waste my time.
Ordered 2 pizzas and had door dashed, 2 deep dishes. First piece I bit into I thought it was raw dough. Then second piece was in fact raw dough. The outside was done, but the entire center is raw dough. Never again.
Order tonight wasn’t cooked all the way, middle of deep dish was legit dough. Disgusting. Never again.
I walked in and placed an order, paid and they did not ask for a name and told me 20 to 30 minutes. I came back 25 minutes later, asked for the name but I told her she never asked for it, she looked for my order by the time I placed it and amount I paid but it wasn't there, somehow it got lost... so 20 minutes later I finally got the order with no apology offered and I would not go back there again.
Waited for almost an hour after the time the store said it would be ready. If you are picking up an order, bring a good book, it's going to be a while. At least it was fresh.
I went to the drive thru window like your supposed to do and I sat there for several minutes without anybody coming to take my order so I then went inside and all of the crew people were just standing around talking. When I did order my pizza it was like it was sitting in the warmer for a long time.
Don't expect much customer service-wise. The phone likely won't be answered. Online ordering will probably be turned off, as will ordering on the app. If you do order online or through the app, you will not get notice that your food is ready, nor will they put it in the Portal, like they're supposed to; you'll just have to wait with everybody else. And you've probably been waiting for quite a while beyond the time you were told. They may lock the door on you and insist you get back in your car and wait in that line that wraps around the building. Hopefully, your order is ready when you get to the window, or else you have to start that process all over again. Of course, this all depends on if they're even open.Yes, laborers are under a lot of pressure. Underappreciated. Underpaid. Probably treated poorly by customers. But say something when we walk in. Don't just look back down at your phone or wander into the back where you don't have to look at us. Lazy CEOs and owners exploit the workers just like the customers' bosses exploit them. We're really in this together. We're doing here because we're underpaid and overworked and don't have the time/desire to make food ourselves. And we should respect those who provide this service just as they should respect the income we provide. The situation sucks, and we all suffer because of it.But we keep going. Why? Because a) it's at a great price point, and b) it's good. People like to trash Lil' Caesars because it's affordable and it's trendy to talk negatively about it.
New Year’s Eve and I cannot get a pizza here. Unable to order online and when I get there to get a pizza, the manager says, “sorry… unless you placed an order online, I cannot sell you anything” I asked, how can I order something online when the website is down. He replies, “yeah everything is Down around here”. It looks like the manager hasn’t showed in months either. Such greasy hair!

When I arrived I was told that 5:30 is when they start the order not for pick up.They had no sauce for the crazy bread even though they charged me for it. They were unwilling to put pizza sauce in a container to use for dipping. RUDE, RUDE, RUDE! I have never been treated so poorly. If you don't like your job don't take it out on your customers!!
This place is a big joke. We called our order in they said it'll be 10 mins we got there and it wasn't ready. Guy said they was just sticking out pizza in the oven that it would be 10 more mins so we waited got in line so it was around 15 mins later and went up to get it and they said again they was just sticking it in the oven. We got angry and asked for our money back. Never again
