Waited at the window for 5 mins to pay/be acknowledged. Window was open, and workers were cussing loudly and completely ignoring that we were there. Once we got our food, we were missing two sides that we paid extra for. The sides that came with the meal were incorrect as well. Chicken was cold, and so greasy that it wore a hole into the bottom of the box. The only thing edible out of our $25 order was the mashed potatoes.
Manager was able to honor a KFC coupon that the Delaware KFC couldn't figure out how to... Marion restaurant is friendly fast and professional
There is no way the staff didn't know that the biscuit they served me was raw. It came out of the box like a ball of dough. I attempted to call, but no answer as others have stated. Disgusting.
Long time at the drive thru but I could hear why and it wasn't the restaurant. Food was all good.
I was in the kfc in Marion I ordered a 4 peace checken wing dinner with a extra biscuit and a small limon cake I didn't get my cake and my meal came to all most $ 11.00

12 pc. Chicken tenders ate rock hard. Can't even eat them. For23.49 called three times no one will answer phone. Number in ticket is even nonworking number. I have say i took chicken tenders back next day. There was a lady manager she was awesome. Said they were way over cooked. Must of got busy left them down to long. Replaced them no problem. Even gave kids 6 cookies. Thank you for making it right. 12 tenders only g or 23.49 is kinda pricey. So I expect be able eat them

Wonderful friendly drive through staff. Always use their drive through. Cole slaw is better than anywhere around.
Ordered dark meat, even said wings are ok, just no breast, told no problem, guess what, got chicken breast, what a joke, I work in the restaurant business and this is not the way .
