First time ever visiting a Jimmy John's. Went to the Marion location. Extremely dissatisfied. I received a VERY bland , plain "cold cut" sandwich! Two small, anemic slices of tomatoe along with very few shreds of lettuce made up all of the toppings. A sparse amount of mayo was on the inside of the bun. No resemblance to an Italian sub, other than a couple slices of salami. The food was nowhere close to being what it's advertised to be! Good-bye
I got a roast beef sandwich and I had to get four bites into the sandwich before I got any meat.
Ordered cheese on my turkey unwich. I was charged $1 and No cheese!! If I wasn’t already on the highway I would of turned around! I had to eat mostly lettuce! Not worth $7.50. My husband Vito on bun was less!! Disappointed to say the least! We stop at this location a lot on our way from Columbus to Lake Erie?
Terrible Jimmy John’s shop. This time, they forgot to put cheese n one of our sandwiches in a two sandwich identical order. And they left the rind on the lunchmeat. Seriously...who does that? The time before that, they omitted the cheese and meat on a sandwich.We will NEVER go here again.

Easy to order. Delivery is crazy fast compared to everywhere else. Person was nice, food was good. Its a little expensive for what it is though. I usually only get food there when they have a deal going, like their SAVEON2 deal they have right now. I've been getting subs 2-3 times a week since that deal was running. For the people who see this, always look online for jimmy johns codes before you order food.
I've ordered delivery through their app several times and 9/10 the order takes well over 45 minutes to get from the store to my house (less than 2 miles). 3/10 the order is incorrect or missing something. The very first time I went to the restaurant, here, was about 1.5hr before closing at they were out of bread.I've called several times and have spoken to multiple people and the issue never gets resolved. I have resorted to only ordering when needed. We never go in store anymore as the service there hasn't been great either.
