At counter to order and no customers in dining area nor in line behind me.I waited for over five minutes and no one noticed me nor asked if I needed any help. I asked for help no one replied and didn’t notice I was there totally ignoring me. Finally a young lady came over to take my order. I placed my order was told about fifteen minute wait. So I preceded to wait and wait and wait after my order was taken. Other customers started coming in the business placing there orders. And I started to notice other customers that came in after me got there pizza orders while I’m still waiting for my pizza. I approached the counter and ask why they pushed other orders from customers ahead of mine. They replied they put orders in as they are in line. I reminded them I was here first and no other customers were in the building. I wanted to know why they had me wait for over an hour for a pizza that was told would take fifteen minutes and put other customers orders before mine. Not good for a business to treat a customer or any customers in that manner. Very dissatisfied very disappointed in how this business and management treat customers. Not good for business. Need to replace the managers at this business they don’t do there job and need to have better training for all employees. Very dissatisfied customers. I will not recommend this business to anyone.
Absolutely the worst pizza we have ever ask for extra topings got what you normally get didn't even get the bread stick and it was $32 dollars when we could have got a better pizza from Krogers ask for the corporate office number and it's privately owned and nothing will be offered to us this is sad it's a marion business that doesn't care about their customers
Went to Donatos pizza the staff were friendly and helpful with myy order the food was fresh and made quickly

This is my FAVORITE pizza place! My start and I ordered 2 large pepperoni pizzas and the amount due was roughly $33 so it is pricey but also worth it! Everytime I go to Marion I so here for pizza for my mom and myself.

They want to charge me $3.75 to deliver the items they forgot the first trip!! Its 9:40pm they gave me a choice of come get it, pay another $3.75 or one person has no dinner. Then they hung up bc its close to closing and we get there to get the sub while our other food is at home getting cold and they have locked the door and turned out the lights. We live 15 minutes away. This is ridiculous. Spent $41.95 and get to eat cold food by the time we get done chasing our food. Horrible horrible customer service. This is poor management.Update bc we live 15 minutes away you can see by my call to them that they closed before we could even get there to retrieve the rest of our dinner. They would not answer the phone, door or drive thru window. Absolutely horrible.
