Very disappointed today. I ordered 13 items to be delivered to a business in town to recognize my teams hard work! I waited on hold, got disconnected once, called back and by the time my order was placed...29 minuted had passed. The GM on the phone was very nice, but 29 minuted!? She was having a very difficult time with the computer functions. She gave me the order half price but it hasn't arrived and half my team has now went home for the day! She told me 40 minutes but an hour and 20 minutes has passed and the food still isn't there. I'll have a backroom full of food but no employees there to eat it. In hindsight, I should have hung up and called another place. ☹️ I do understand staffing issues but there's possibly some training issues as well.UPDATE 2 days later!! I JUST FOUND OUT THAT THE ORDER NEVER CAME!! Have you ever heard of such a thing? I paid for 13 items and they just never delivered the order!!
Had great experiences with them until other night when ordered wings and they were plain and tried to say we wiped off the wings. Who has time for that! They didn't handle situation right. Other than that food is great.
Best pizza place in Marion... Day and night crew are awesome... It's the only food place that doesn't get your order wrong. Best Teams make for an Awesome service.. Thank you Team?
I used to love this place, but lately, I'm not happy with it. Tonight I ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas on the app. Over an hour went by so I called to see what was taking it so long. And the associate said it was a 2 hour wait for pick up or 3 hour wait for delivery. They said I was order number 5. On the app it told me 36 minutes. So obviously I wanted a refund because I'm not waiting til 10 at night to feed my kids. They only refunded me part of the money, and said the other part of it would be refunded in 24 hours. Which that part I really do not understand. I suggest nobody order from here. It is a joke the last few times I have ordered. Very bad service. Maybe new management is needed.
Ordered my pizza a 7:00 PM pizza was still being made at 8:00 PM. I went to check the tracker and it took them 24 minutes to quality check a pizza? Very slow delivery, didnt get my pizza until 9:30
I done an online order at 1:50p to he delivered at 4:45p and I called at 5:30p and was on hold forever and as I was on hold they call me and ask if we ever received our order I told her no so she ask if I still wanted it and I said yes she told me it was going to be another 20 to 25 min I said ok and needless to say I didn't get it until almost 7p this was one of my go to pizza places but if most definitely will find someone else
This is the last time I’m ever getting Pizza from here. I ordered a pizza at 9:19pm tonight and I was occasionally checking the tracker to see what was up with my pizza, it showed nothing was moving along. When 10:13 rolls by and I still see that it’s on the prepping stage I finally call and I let them know I ordered a pizza in at 9:19 after being told wait times, well the girl over the phone let me know that they were just starting to make my pizza almost an hour later as I was hearing laughing from workers in the background. This is the 2nd time it’s taken almost 2hrs for me to get a pizza from here. I get rush hours (I worked at a food service place) and you guys get busy but come on now almost 2hrs for one pizza seems a bit much.
I would recommend ordering somewhere else I had I house full of family on Christmas eve and they decided to call me 45 minutes after I ordered and paid by card to tell me that they was canceling my order. If that was what they wanted to do I should of been notified within 10 minutes of my order not when we was expecting the order to be showing up any minute
Food was good, but service was slow. Told an HR for our food, it took 1.5 hrs.
