Wow. Just wow. I’ve been to Denny’s plenty of times but this was a terrible experience. I arrived in the evening behind a family of four. They seated the family of four before me and I waited for them to come seat me. I understand they were busy, but the place wasn’t fully packed and they saw me sitting there for a while. Finally, one of the staff asked me if I was picking up an order. I told him I was eating in. Everything was fine until the end. I ordered an extra stack of pancakes after my meal and was waiting for it. The waitress came by and asked me if I was ready for my check, forgetting that I had made another order. I must have made a face accidentally when I told her I was waiting on the extra pancakes. She said she had put in the order and it would be out soon. After they came out and I was done, she kept going to different tables in close proximity to me and ignored me when I was clearly done. She must have walked by my table 10-15 different times and didn’t ask if I needed the check. At one point when she was close to me I even called out for her and she still ignored me! Finally, I went up to the cash register to pay because I didn’t know what else to do. She rang me up AND ADDED THE GRATUITY HERSELF! I’ve been to Denny’s before and they’ve always let me tip what’s appropriate and I usually give good tips. I think she knew she wasn’t going to get a good tip from me. The waitresses name was April F. Very disappointed and not sure I’ll be back for a while.
DO NOT GO TO THIS DENNYS!!!!!!Had the endless breakfast 5/9/22There were only 4 tables in use and it took over 45 minutes to get 2 pancakes. So I ordered 2 more right away. After waiting 20 minutes for the second order of 2 pancakes we decided to leave. We went up to the register to pay and our server was arguing with the cook about needing pancakes. 2 cooks were unable to keep up with 2 pancakes at a time…
Place couple use new management, and good scrubin, underneath the counters there is so much food and trash and dirt, lucky I don't work there or I'd be firing alot of people lol.But service was friendly, they were under staffed but still a good experience, the cook took forever making the order because he was to occupied slamming out door dash orders so we had to wait a good hour for our food.Good place still just could use someone better taking care of the place??
I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO A PLACE WITH SUCH RUDE STAFF! i do mot recommend this place at all i wouldn't even let my dog eat here. Also waited forever for a table. I WILL NEVER come here again and i will let their corporate office know as well.
I love the super bird,. They also have some of the best French fries. Service was good. Food delicious will frequent again.
Horrible!!! All of the eggs and hash browns were over cooked. Food was horrible. Spent 50$ and maybe took 5 bites. Then when I complained and said the food was undercooked I was told to call back later for the store manger he was not in today. Horrible experience
My sister came and took the Whole family out the other day... Made a large order... Waitress coulda made a good tip instead... B*tched about alot of writing to take the order... Ordered alot .. didn't even get it all .. what was givin some was not even cooked right... A few errors with every plate. Some items never even came.... Paid for them tho..Was almost half tempted to get a job here and show them how the hell a all American grand slam should be... Cook all the staff a excuiste dish and quit.. but naaa...We paid the bill an might come back inna another five years if that if their lucky...Yeah it's gonna get cold Eat an pay... Or just pay an leave Haa ?Either way. Place is a bummer ? might get lucky at the right time of day with staff to enjoy a good meal... But usually honest rating... 3/10 sounds more efficient then 2//5(Wash ya silverware also)

I can always count on this Denny's to serve us right. Our waitress was nice, efficient, and helpful. The breakfast was all around delightful and left me quite satiated. Indeed a satisfying visit for our group.
