Asked for a peanut butter crunch blizzard which is an old blizzard that the still regularly make if you ask. Its supposed to be peanut butter ice cream and the ice cream cake crunch coat. I received straight vanilla ice cream today with soggy gross peanuts in it. If you’re employees aren’t sure how to make something, that’s fine, but you should let the customer know so they can pick something else that you can make. Not sure i’ll be back.
Distroyed my car! after ordering 3 blizzards and a sundae for my family the staff saw it was just me in the car and didnt both putting covers on anything and they were melting fast so i had to drive home with one hand so i could reduce the amount spilling but that still didn’t help much it got EVERYWHERE!! they probably wont see it and if they do it will be some generic apology time to look into interior cleaning because after cleaning there are stains all over the passenger seat
Poor service. Only got a handful of shrimp and fries after price was raised. Was given marinara when asked for cocktail sauce.
Not quite as good as it once was, still yummy frozen treats and food.
So went through the drive-thru at about 445 today Feb 17th 2022. I ordered the reese's extreme blizzard in a small size. My wife got a small snickers blizzard. Hers was soft serve and right as the picture shows. Mine however was accidentally upgraded to a medium which I was fine with. The problem was it was already pre made and frozen see picture. It was so hard I could barely even squeeze it. By the time I noticed it I was already home. So I didn't go back. I tried calling no answer. So this is the best option.

Normally love DQ but not today. I ordered an Oreo Blizzard Cake off their website. The cake I got was NOTHING like what I ordered. VERY dissappointed !!
This is the best establishment in all of marion. I adore the entire crew!!!! They all deserve a huge raise, pizza party, and extra days off!
To the young man who ripped the bag out of my hand and slammed the window in my face. Because you say I ordered wrong. Just want you to know you need to be fired immediately. poor customer service, And to think we patronage this place with this kinda of service is apparently aloud after some of the other comments. I will be sure to never visit your establishment again. and I will make sure I tell everyone I know about this .
Only I've cream place open in town now besides Mega Moo. Both ice creams are gross. But DQ will do.
