The new phone system is the laziest attempt at "customer service" I have ever experienced. Trying to force people to talk to a robot rather than a person is laziness and nothing more. I've worked in restaurants 15 years and no matter how busy we got I would never treat a customer with that much disrespect. If I can't talk to a person for my questions then you've lost my business!!!

Lazy childish staff ! 1 kid inparticular was cusing at other staff member because He didnt want to do his job and make the food throwing pand on the floor multiple times and refusing to.work! Also NO management in site stopping this behavior! I would not recommend coming here absolutely worst place ever! And I would've asked to speak to the manager if there was one present!

I went there with my wife and sister around 1:30 and I ordered a burrito which was decent but WAY over priced. This was my 1st time ever being to Chipotle and if I'm going to spend this kind of money I will go to a much better Mexican restaurant. I was not pleased or impressed by this place at all. The inside was nice and clean and the staff was friendly.

Spent $18 on lunch today to treat myself. I always go with chicken but today i thought i'd splurge and get steak. i kept spitting it out because the steak chunks were hard as a rock. the steak is raw looking after i observed some pieces. Worse chipotle experoence ever. It all went in the trash

There was a door dash delivery driver that came in with extreme, visible, anxiety. The employee treated him with compassion and encouragement. I wish I caught her name. Also, there were 2 other employees at check out were really friendly and kind. THANK YOU ❤

was just there,2/6/22, was overcharged for a very small vegetarian bowl. was charged for a chicken bowl with guacamole, so my vegetarian bowl cost me $10.60. even if the portion would have been what they used to be, which it wasn't, that is still unacceptable. will definitely not be returning.

It's been a long time since I ate here. I ordered a salad, got to the end of the line. No dressing. This isn't the first time this has happened to me at this restaurant. I can't stress this enough. Don't sell someone a salad wtout telling them they don't have dressing! I would like to add the floor was disgusting. Lobby and behind the counter. It looked like no one washed a single thing for a while. Everyone looked mad or upset. It wasn't a pleasant experience ? . I'm highly disappointed in my service and how my overall experience was. I won't be back for a while. Not till you guys get your act together.

Received my order through delivery with no lettuce, tomato, or cheese on my bowl and I did not get my side of queso that I ordered. There was a card at the bottom explaining what happened and offered a free entree plus side of queso but that does not nearly cover the $20 I spent.I did not want to eat a bowl with just rice, meat, and sour cream. Really disappointed as I avoided this location for a while because of poor experiences but decided to try it again. This used to be a great location.
