If your a Dasher/doordash customer avoid this restaurant, multiple times now I and doordash customers have had to wait 30+ min past pick up time. Staff act like they don't know what's going on and say things like sorry we lost part or forgot part of the order. My recorded wait time this time for a order was 48min past pick up time. They make no priority to take out ordering. Bad business for sure.
Been going there for years. Food is always pretty decent as well as service. Been a small handful of subpar service but thats never a consistent issue so i wont count it against them. Food is hot n fresh, n i dont ever recall having to wait absurd amount of time for refills. However price can be a lil high in terms of what ur paying for. The size of wings n the price u pay for 10 or so wings, there is definitely other n better options around town. Not hating, just a fact. I havent read the rest of the reviews but this place is a sports orientated eatery. So ignore all the complaints when it comes with that kind of territory. Waiting a lil longer during big gamedays or loud tvs n wild bunches during games at the bar or otherwise is not uncommon here n there. So if ur into sum good food n catching some sports, this is where u need to be. But if ur checking this review, u already knew that!On a similar note, if u ever stop in, ask for ken. Jolly good fella whos been around for awhile. Always gives it his best n ample great service. Definitely friendly n well adept at conversation!
I’m not one to normally complain, but this experience has left me wanting. While I’m a fan of B Dubs, it just wasn’t a good experience. My girlfriend and I arrived at the restaurant to place a carry out order for ourselves and our family. We placed the order and had a seat to wait. After some time waiting, the manager came over and asked us if we were still waiting. We said yes, and he left to check on the order. He came back and told us the order wasn’t rang out properly on the register. It had charged us, but didn’t ring through to the kitchen. He completed the sale, and said it had gone through. We continued to wait. 36 minutes had passed and a host said the order was being bagged. The manager came out 5 minutes later and said the order was being bagged. About 7 minutes after that a different girl went back to check on the order and came back with a bag. We left. When we arrived home all of the food was luke warm, and the fries were soggy and inedible. I ordered all bone in wings and received a part of my order as boneless. Just as an aside, we were also notified that they were out of cheese curds this evening. So for spending almost $70, I can say without a doubt that I am highly unsatisfied.
Good as always.. cold beer and good nachos!!
Our food was not up to Bdubs normal standards, we also did not receive what seemed to be normal portion sizes. We had multiple different servers (7) during our visit and it was kind of confusing. Hoping it was just because it was busy, hoping for a better visit next time.
Y'all are TRASH !!!!!! Strait up trash! With closing time midnight, and order cut off at 11:30p then you should ACCEPT orders UNTIL 11:30p. OTHERWISE your store policies are deceptive. If y'alls cut off is going to be secretly be 11:15p then you should state that rather than play the games of hanging up when one calls in to the store to place an order. This is a consistent problem with your store, and has been for some time. What is most annoying is when repeated attempts are made to get through, most often without fail the call will finally be answered by someone at 11:31p claiming they cannot accept your order because the kitchen is closed or in the process of closing. Explaining their shenanigans to them is useless and you are met with the most fraudulent of apologies!
While I’m a longtime customer and believe this is a great place, I had a bad experience that I feel compelled to share. I’ve had bad experiences before (at other restaurants)…it happens. They were extremely busy and the staff was working very hard. We placed a carry out order at 6pm and paid online. The order was scheduled to be ready at 6:30. I was in line at 6:25. I proceeded to stand at the takeout station, dodging the busy waitresses for 40 minutes. 3 different times, employees kindly approached and asked my name only to disappear into the kitchen, presumably to check on my order. Take-out patrons that showed up well after I did were picking up their food and leaving. Finally, I ask the manager if he could check to make sure they received my order. After doing some checking, he finds my order at the register, which was apparently never passed on to the kitchen. My wife is frustrated sitting in the car for 40 minutes (past our identified pickup time) and I’m frustrated standing on my feet in the middle of chaos for the same amount of time. The manager tells me that they will get this cooked right away and it should only take 3 minutes. I’m thinking, when he comes back out, he will surely tell me that the meal is on the house…they threw in a dessert…you know, the kind of stuff managers do when the restaurant has dropped the ball and inconvenienced a customer significantly after a long work week. He comes out to hand me my food with the bagged food in one hand and the receipt in the other. Hands me the bag and says “have a good night”. Somewhat awe struck that this was the extent of his remedy, I took the bag and left. I get in the car and realize that he never put the receipt in the bag as I recognize that he (likely on purpose) kept the receipt in his hand so as to prevent me from having access to the details of a potential complaint. I went back into the store and asked for the manager so I could get my receipt. I was told he “slipped out the front door”. Listen, things are crazy and I get it. It’s not the end of the world. But, when you or your staff make a mistake, you should have the gumption as a manager to face it and make it right. Very disappointed in this experience. Someone at the register dropped the ball but the manager failed to pick it up.
The first and most important thing I noticed was just how filthy the entire place was. I mean everything, the floors, the windows, the walls, the tables. Everything dirty. We ask for a booth instead of a table and they were really bothered by that and didn’t hide it. They didn’t have onion rings so they wouldn’t give me a sampler platter at all. Can’t tell you much more than that because we left.
Love their wings! Love the Chili Con Queso dip. We order usually twice a week. The problem is almost EVERY TIME our order is messed up. I am usually the one to go get it, so I always check it and make sure to fix whats missing. Tonight my husband went to pick up the order because we have snow covered roads. When I placed the order I told the girl to please check it and verify its all there and correct because I have had so many issues. Well....my husband gets the order home....and NOTH Queso dips have NO CHILLI. And my celery for my wings....WAS FROZEN AND once it half thawed....IT WAS SOGGY. I called to speak to the manager "Sam".....PLAIN RUDE.
Saturday for early lunch I had a call in order for a grilled chicken wrap, buffalo dry rub, and pico. The girl on the phone taking my order kept saying buffalo. I told her at least 3/4 times no I want buffalo dry rub. I also had to tell her chips/salsa for a side. She never asked anything about a side. I get home to eat the wrap and it has buffalo sauce. I know mistakes happen, but this isn't the first time the sauce was wrong ordering buffalo dry rub. I had enough of the wrong sauce. Also the online app doesn't work. It hasn't for at least a couple of weeks. I have asked if I am the only one having trouble with the app and I have been told no.
